Objective:Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) TCM syndrome and lipid metabolism and hemodynamics in the clinical objective and the intrinsic link between the monitoring indicators for the clinical syndrome T2DM reference index, which combines Chinese and Western Medicine for the treatment of diabetes (DM) to provide a theoretical Basis and clinical demonstration. Methods:Selected in June 2010 to January 2011 in Wuhan of Endocrinology, First Hospital of hospitalized patients diagnosed with T2DM were 90 cases, male 48 cases,42 women, aged 32-75 years, mean 53.85±13.14 years. Selected patients are in line with 1999 WHO, IDF diagnostic criteria for diabetes, refer to "traditional Chinese medicine Diabetes drug treatment (diabetes) clinical study of the guiding principles" for TCM syndrome is divided into Yin Deficiency and Heat type, Qi and Yin Deficiency type, yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis type type. Yin Deficiency and Heat in which 23 cases, 34 cases of Qi and Yin Deficiency type,15 cases of yin and yang deficiency, qi stagnation type 18 cases, after a detailed history, physical examination system and associated indicators of laboratory tests. Select both healthy examination center in our hospital,30 were the control group, height, weight body mass index, check the blood rheology, blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, abdominal ultrasound, etc. related laboratory tests, respectively, into the group of T2DM patients and compared to all the measurement data X±S (mean±standard deviation) that, using t test, X2 test with count data, observations were statistically using SPSS17.0 Analysis.Results:1. T2DM group, the syndrome of hemorheology were higher than control group (P<0.01). And hemorheology indexes by healthy control group, Yin Deficiency and Heat Unit, Qi and Yin Deficiency group, yin and yang group, followed by blood stasis group gradually increased with the aggravation that hemorheological parameters gradually increased between every two groups were significantly different (P <0.05), diabetic group and healthy control group hemorheology men than women to varying degrees, there was significant difference (P <0.05).2. Compared with the healthy control group of patients with T2DM group of TG, TC, LDL levels were significantly higher (P<0.01), T2DM group of the syndrome groups by Yin Deficiency and Heat, Qi and Yin Deficiency group, yin and yang group Qi stagnation group in turn increased gradually; HDL levels decreased significantly (P <0.01), T2DM group of the syndrome groups by Yin Deficiency and Heat, Qi and Yin Deficiency group, group of yin and yang, qi stagnation followed by progressive groups reduced.3. T2DM group compared with the healthy control group, HOMA-IR levels were significantly increased (P<0.01); T2DM group of the syndrome value of HOMA-IR group by Yin Deficiency and Heat, Qi and Yin Deficiency group, yin and yang Group, qi stagnation successive groups increased with the duration of that extension, and severe exacerbations, between every two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).4. Compared with the healthy control group the incidence of fatty liver in patients with T2DM was significantly higher (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Hyperviscosity syndrome, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in diabetes, plays an important role in the development process.2. The syndrome of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine to Qi Deficiency is most common description of the basic Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome diabetes, blood stasis is the main cause diabetes.3. TCM syndrome and diabetes duration of disease, the degree of correlation between the disease, blood stasis type of the syndrome of clinical indicators is more serious than others, which reflects the blood circulation in the treatment of the importance of chronic complications of diabetes.4. HOMA-IR and type of diabetes is closely related to Chinese medicine, different syndromes. The response to different levels of HOMA-IR, HOMA-IR may be prompted to diabetes medical dialectics as a reference type.
