Objective:This topic basis the theory of Zangxiang, leading by the visceral manifestations of heart, to probing the relationship between heart and kidney, and to deeply exploring the interrelated theoretic mechanism of this relationship by means of experiment, objective to provide the basis to prophylaxis and treatment Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head. The text was divided into two parts:theory probing and experiment study.Methods:Theory Probing:1. The characteristic and physiology of heart, the relationship between heart and physiology of bone.(1)The heart is the king organ, and it is the basis of life.(2)The heart is a yang organ, and being averse to heat.(3)The heart has the characteristic of unobstructed and brightness.(4)The heart-fire changing.(5)The heart is the yang meridians of hands.2.The characteristic and physiology of kidney, the relationship between kidney and physiology of bone.3. The theory of the intercourse between heart and kidney, the relationship between this theory and physiology of bone.For the reason, coordination between heart and kidney is the premise to embody an important function which the harmonious among heart, kidney and bone in body motor system.Experiment study:1.We choose 4 month age rats, which include 30 female and 30 male. The rats were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group; model control group; Jinkui Shenqi pill group; Jiaotai pill group; Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction group.。2. Mixture the distilled water and tretinoin as 10mg/ml turbid-liquor, except the blank control group, others take intragastric administration with the turbid-liquor in the light of 70mg/kg; except the blank control group and model control group, others take corresponding pills.Results:1. The effection of Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction to Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head, bone organizational structure:model control group cartilage attenuated, trabecular pattern out of order and thin, blank-bone lacuna is 8.41%, Which compare with the blank group, have obvious differences (P<0.05),others compare with the blank group, have no marked by clear change (P>0.05), but have marked by clear change (P<0.05) with the blank group2. The effecyion of Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction to Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head, bone metabolism:model control group Ca compare with the blank group, have obvious differences (P<0.05), Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction group compare with the blank group, have obvious differences (P<0.05), Others compare with the blank group, have no marked by clear change (P>0.05),but have marked by clear change (P<0.05) with the blank group 3. The effecyion of Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction to Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head, myeloid element:Treat the Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head for 3-weeks, BMNC is active obviously, compare with the model group, have obvious differences (P<0.01), model control group compare with the blank group, have obvious differences (P<0.01). Others compare with the blank group, have no marked by clear change (P>0.05). Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction group compare with the model group, neutrophil and mature lymphocyte is higher than the blank group, compare with the blank group, have no marked by clear change (P>0.05), others compare with the blank group, have no marked by clear change (P>0.05)Conclusion:With the Luotong Yanghe Bushen decoction, to warming the heart-yang, and to coordinating heart-kidney, can prophylaxis and treatment Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head availably, it' s mechanisms probably have business with strong the activities of osteocyte and to inhibit to putrescence; increasing sediment aggravated of Ca and P, be produced bone matrix; to improve microcirculation and make bone to get its nutrition, and to prophylaxis and treatment vascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head.
