Objective:Observing the Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy'Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom, Toronto clinical scoring system, Clinical syndromes, Nerve conduction velocity and Hemorheology after use the Quyutongluo washing Decoction. Evaluation of this method in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical, And to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:Randomized controlled Group,64 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy Who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group of 32 patients. Two groups of patients in the course of the disease, gender, age differences were not significant (P>0.05). Two groups of patients in strict glycemic control, and management of blood pressure and blood lipids,at the same time, treatment group 32 cases given the Quyutongluo washing Decoction,2 times a day, every time 20 minutes,and Mecobalamin tablets,3 times a day, every time 1 tablets. Control group of 32 patients given Mecobalamin tablets,3 times a day, every time 1 tablets, and Foot bath with warm water,2 times a day, every time 20 minutes. Treatment for 2 moths. Observing the Patients'Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom, Toronto clinical scoring system, Clinical syndromes, Nerve conduction velocity and Hemorheology before and after treatment.Results:(1) Traditional chinese medicine symptom effect:Before treatment, Traditional chinese medicine syndromes was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P> 0.05), Not statistically significant, after treatment, both the treatment group and control group' Traditional chinese medicine syndromes was significantly decreased compared with Before treatment (P< 0.05). Traditional chinese medicine syndromes was significantly difference between treatment group and control group after treatment (P< 0.05).(2) clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect:IN the control group, The total effective rate was 68.75%, which recovered 0 cases, markedly 7 cases, Effective 15 cases, Invalid 10 cases; In the treatment group, The total effective rate was 84.38%, which recovered 0 cases, markedly 11 cases Effective 16 cases, Invalid 5 cases. By rank sum test, The total effective rate in treatment group is better than the control group (P< 0.05).(3) Toronto clinical scoring system effect:Before treatment, Toronto clinical scoring system was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P> 0.05), Not statistically significant; after treatment, both the treatment group and control group Toronto clinical scoring system was significantly decreased compared with Before treatment (P< 0.01). Toronto clinical scoring system was significantly difference between treatment group and control group after treatment (P< 0.05).(4) Nerve conduction velocity:Before treatment, Nerve conduction velocity was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P> 0.05), Not statistically significant; after treatment, both the treatment group and control group' Nerve conduction velocity was Increased compared with Before treatment, but the control group is not significant (P> 0.05), the treatment group effect is significantly (P<0.05).The effection of Nerve conduction velocity in treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).(5) Hemorheology effect:Before treatment, Hemorheology was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P> 0.05), Not statistically significant; after treatment, control group Hemorheology was no significant difference compare with before treatment (P> 0.05), Not statistically significant; Hemorheology was significantly Increased compared with Before treatment (P< 0.05)(6) Safety evaluation:Both the treatment group and control group does not appear adverse reactions during treatment. Before and after the treatment of liver and kidney function, urine analysis, stool examination, blood, coagulation, and electrocardiogram were no obvious differences. Prove that the Combination of Tang bi washing Decoction and oral Decoction is safe, no toxic side effects.Conclusion:The Quyutongluo washing Decoction can effective improved patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom, Toronto clinical scoring system, Clinical syndromes, Nerve conduction velocity and Hemorheol-ogy. It's total effect is better than control group, and have no toxic side effects,has clinical value.
