Objective:Wuhan City on the risk factors associated with primary lung cancer investigation and analysis of influencing factors of primary lung cancer, it is beneficial for high-risk groups, health education, healthy lifestyle guidance to promote lung cancer prevention and screening, to improve early diagnosis rate and five-year surivival rate. Methods:Select January 2009 to January 2011 in Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western oncology patients meet the diagnostic criteria of lung cancer of 100 cases. Hospitalized in the same period while the non-tumor, non-respiratory diseases were 100 cases of patients selected. Matching conditions:the same sex, age±5 years.A 1:1 matched case-control study, using a unified questionnaire designed by the professional staff of study conducted face to face questionnaire. Lung cancer patients on the general situation of those living behavior (smoking, passive smoking, drinking alcohol, drinking tea, staying up all night), environmental factors, diet, non-neoplastic lung disease history, family history of cancer, psychosocial factors, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Type of statistical analysis and other projects. Results:一,Life BehaviorOf smoking, passive smoking, drinking alcohol, drinking tea, staying up all night, etc. After analyzing the five factors were found smoking, passive smoking, drinking alcohol, staying up all night with primary lung cancer was statistically linked. Further analysis found that a history of smoking lung cancer patients, male patients with pathological type of lung squamous cell carcinoma, mostly, and mostly female lung cancer patients. In addition, years of smoking and daily smoking and lung cancer was statistically significantly associated.二,Environmental FactorsIn this study, frequent contact with asbestos, arsenic, chromium, dichloro ether, vinyl chloride, kerosene, tar and other professional can increase the risk of primary lung cancer risk (OR=2.209, OR95%CI=1.177-4.147).And regular contact with the fuel fumes from the kitchen of lung cancer is not significant statistical difference.三,Dietary FactorsRegular intake of fresh vegetables, fish can reduce the risk of lung cancer, but long-term consumption of preserved foods with lung cancer was statistically significant relationship.四,History of Non-neoplastic Lung DiseaseIn the case of the study group and control group analysis, we found that the history of non-neoplastic lung disease generally summarized into three categories:pneumonia, tuberculosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Of these, pneumonia and tuberculosis are risk factors for primary lung cancer.五,Family History of CancerAggregation of existing families of cancer can increase the risk of lung cancer (OR=10.036,OR95%CI=2.253~44.712)六,Social Psychosocial FactorsThe pressure of life, married life and attitudes, long-term mental depression, emotional regulation, and five social psychosocial factors were analyzed and found that greater life stress, marital disharmony, poor emotional regulation is a risk factor for lung cancer.七,Traditional Physical FactorsThe case group was divided into four syndromes:deficiency phlegm, deficiency heat toxin syndrome, qi stagnation card, Qi Deficiency.Where Qi Deficiency accounted for 59% of the body, phlegm,23% deficiency, yin deficiency heat toxin syndrome accounted for 11%,7% qi stagnation card. Thus, as Qi Deficiency of lung cancer patients with multiple physical persons. Conclusion:Wuhan, a variety of primary lung cancer is the result of risk factors, suggesting that in primary lung cancer prevention and control of comprehensive measures should be taken.
