Objective:To explore the main risk factors of primary lung cancer incidence in Changchun City and provide clues for the etiology of lung cancer and a scientific basis for the development of targeted prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods:(1) Sources and groups of patients:A case - control study. The subjects were residents in Changchun City, living in Changchun City area for over 10 years, a total of 210 cases. Selected lung cancer cases in the general hospital in Changchun City confirmed new cases of lung cancer by pathology, can cooperate with the investigator, those who answer the questions clearly, a total of 108 cases. Selected cases of control group, the same sex and region and age difference of no more than 5 years with the selected lung cancer cases, excluding lung cancer cases in the immediate family members, were a total of 102 cases. (2) Survey Methods: Adopt a uniform questionnaire prepared by the mirror through uniform training of investigators interviewed by the form of an investigation of all subjects. (3) Contents of investigation: Survey included general condition, occupational exposure history, dietary habits, living behavior, living conditions, social psychic factor, disease history, family cancer history and so on. (4) Statistical analysis: SPSS13.0 software used for statistical analysis. Single factor conditional on the data analysis, for the level of information is mainly usedχ2 test. After univariate analysis, initial screening of the difference was statistically significant factors, into the multiconditional Logistic regression model for multivariate analysis of factors to calculate the strength of the association with lung cancer OR and 95% confidence intervals. Results:The survey investigated a total of 108 cases of lung cancer patients, 102 patients in control group of healthy people, including lung cancer in the 32-83 years age group between the age distribution of the control group of healthy people in the 37-80 years old. The average age of lung cancer group, 61.06±12.05 years, the average age of the control group 60.45±11.66 years, no significant difference was found in t-tes(tt=0.37, P =0.7082). Group of men71 cases of lung cancer, accounting for65.74% lung cancer, female 37 cases, accounting for 35.26% of lung cancer. Male control group, 69 cases, accounting for 67.65% of the control group, female 33 cases, accounting for 32.35% of the control group, no significant difference was found inχ2-test(χ2=0.09, P=0.7696). By single factor analysis, often cooking, regular consumption of grilled smoked food, A kind behavior, smoking, staying up late and mental depression, and exposure to harmful substances for the lung cancer history are risk factors. Frequent use of vegetables, and regular consumption of frequently used raw garlic as a protective factor of lung cancer. By multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis, often cooking, A kind behavior and smoking is considered to be associated with lung cancer, on the contrary, frequent use of vegetables and raw garlic is considered to be a protective factor agains lung cancer. Conclusion:The research provides a theory basis for the comprehensive strategy to the primary prevention of primary lung cancer, and provides a scientific frame of reference for primary lung cancer prevention and control in Changchun City.
