ObjectLiver Injury is the disease which imperils the healthy of human being in the long time. Viral Hepatitis B in our country is the no.1 ranking in the world. Viral Hepatitis B,this common infective disease caused by HBV, according to the statistics, more than 300 millions people infected with HBV in the world. Chronic Hepatitis has been greatly threaten human health and safety, however, this is can not be cured. Swertia mussotii Franch and Halenia elliptica D.Don has the effects of decreasing aminotransferase, and protect the hepatocytes. Therefore, it is necessary that people know the effects of Swertia mussotii Franch's and Halenia elliptica D Don's protection of hepatocytes and anti-inflammatory. The main research object of the thesis is investigating the impact of Swertia mussotii Franch and Halenia elliptica D Don which is extracted by alcohol on the mice's liver injury, further evaluation its effect of the decreasing aminotransferase,protection of heptocytes and providing the basis on liver injury pharmacology of further studying and expioring Tibetan medicine, which is carried out by the copy in the mice liver injury model caused by Bacillus Calmette Guerin and CCl4,the study on the mice's organ index,ALT and AST,and immune indexes IgG,IgA,and IgM.MethodsIn the establishment of chemical carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury in mice model and BCG + LPS induced immune liver injury in mice model, based on the detection of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Heavenly Gate Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) level and the mouse liver and kidney index, immune indicators IgG, IgA, IgM ofResults①The organ index treatment group was better than the model group than to prove that the alcohol extract of two Tibetan medicine can effectively prevent carbon tetrachloride induced liver injury and BCG + LPS-induced immunological liver injury in mice②The treatment group ALT, AST was significantly lower than the model shows that ethanol extract of the two Tibetan medicine can effectively prevent acute liver injury caused by liver dysfunction;③The treatment group IgG, IgA and IgM values were significantly lower than the model group, indicating that the alcohol extract of the two Tibetan medicine can enhance humoral immune function in mice, the immune status of abnormal to normal.Conclusion①Commonly used indicator from the clinical point of view, these two liver injury in Tibetan medicine can reduce the damage to the liver and protect liver function.②Two Tibetan medicine can enhance immune liver injury in mice humoral immune disorder in regulating B cell immunity in mice networks, enhance immune function.
