Objective:Halenia elliptica belongs to Halenia Borth gentionaceae.It is widely distributed in the Qinghai-Tibet platean in China.According to the law of the People,Republic of China minstry of health of drug standards(medicine)Chinese medicine The effective part of this plant tastes bitter and cold,and have effect on clearing heat and damping,and of soomthing the liver and gallbladder.To deeply understant the chemical composition and the pharmacological therory of this plant,this thesis demonstrate the systemic separation of petroleum ether extract,and performs the pharmacological screening assay on its anti-tumor,antioxidant and antibacterial activity.Methods:Through the system solvent and coloum chromatography separation,the systemic separation for the whole plant could acquire the high content of chemical components.The determination of the mixagain of the chemical composition and seperating strategy are obtained by the HPLC analysis of the chemical composition.Spectral resolution to the obtaining compounds could clarify thoes structure.CCK-8 assay is applied to determine the antitumor activity of the chemical composition in vitro.DPPH method and adjacent dinitrogen fe method could be used to determine the ability of scavenging free radicals in vitro antioxidant Resazurin color method can be apply to determin the minimum inhabital bacteriostasis concertration.Results:Through the HPLC qualitative analysis,we determine the four pure compounds(Fr-14/15,17,19,21a).By the Mass Spectrometry,1H NMR,13 C NMR andso on,thoes compounds are identified as 1-hydroxy-2,3,4,8-tetramethoxyxanthone1-hydroxy-2,3,4,6-tetramethoxyxanthone 1-hydroxy-2,3,7-trimethoxyxanthone1-hydroxy-2,3,5,7-tetramethoxyxanthone.In vitro anti-tumor experiments,flow Fr-13 shows evidently inhibition the activity of many kinds of cells.Compound1 secondly.Compound 2 is poorer.Antioxidant experiments find that due to the ability of scavenging free radicals,the ethyl acetate is best.In vitro inhabitate bacteriostasis evaluation,the ethyl acetate part is the strogest.Conclusion:the result of this thsis about Halenia elliptica will provide the reliable knowledge to further understand the mechanism of chemical research.
