Study the method of data download and update from the main centre, realize the butt joint between the provincial and national ADR monitoring system, then achieve the data download from the national central website.3. Collect ADR suspicious signal source, obtain the risk index, and then realize the signal detection and automatic early warning.4. Build an significant information bank according to the retrieval and statistics function of ADR monitoring system, about the medicinal category, form, manufacturer, batch NO., route of administration and efficient time of duration.At present this system has already been used by the provincial ADR monitoring center in Liaoning Province, ADR monitoring center of 14 cities including Shenyang and Dalian city, provincial ADR related monitoring professional institute and reporting unit.
