| Drugs have serious harm to our individual,family and society.It is also an important task in the current clinical and forensic identification to actively carry out the inspection of drugs and poisons.Although the traditional laboratory-based testing methods have the characteristics of centralization and high precision,it is difficult to carry out extensive drug testing work due to their limitations such as long testing time,expensive testing instruments,and the need for professionals to operate.The technology Point-of-care testing(POCT)has the characteristics of fast detection,simple use,cost saving,etc.The potential impact of POCT technology has seen a significant intensification trend over the past decade as the focus of healthcare shifts to precision medicine,population health,and chronic disease management.Lateral flow immunoassay(LFIA)is one of the most promising diagnostic methods for POCT,and it has been widely used in POCT detection.Immunoassay systems using magnetoresistance as sensors and magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)as labeling materials have attracted extensive attention due to their high sensitivity and specificity.In order to achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate drug detection.This paper studies and implements a drug detection system based on magnetic immunity.The system uses a magnetoresistive sensor made of indium antimonide single crystal as the core component,and uses MNPs as the detection sample of the labeling material in the immunochromatographic test strip.During detection,the magnetoresistive sensor can collect the weak magnetic signal generated by MNPs on the immunochromatographic test paper,and process the signal through the designed amplifying filter circuit and waveform processing algorithm.Finally,it is verified that the paper system can realize the quantitative detection of MET and MOP drug samples.And the detection results have good linearity and stability.Compared with other optical detection instruments,this system has good specificity because there is almost no background noise in the detection sample,and the whole system has the characteristics of small size and rapid detection. |
