Cardiovascular disease has always been one of the major diseases that threaten human health.The important basis of the clinical diagnosis of the disease is the electrocardiogram.Conventional ECG equipment usually has the functions of ECG detection and analysis,but it is expensive,complicated operation and highly specialized.It is generally used in large hospitals and other medical facilities.Although in the subsequent development process,ECG monitoring system with continuous recording and storing of ECG data has appeared,but there is no ECG data analysis and processing functions.Therefore,it is significant to study and realize the real-time and accurate intelligent ECG monitoring system.For the current shortcomings of ECG monitoring system,in this paper,we design an intelligent ECG monitoring system that both can store ECG data and do common arrhythmia analysis.According to the characteristics of human ECG signals,I design an ECG signal acquisition system with excellent performance that can amplify and filter the ECG signals to obtain ECG signal with high signal-to-noise ratio,then save it.The system uses high-capacity SD card storage,it is also embedded in the FAT file management system,stored as TXT format,make the file has better readability and portability.This system based on SANSUNG S5PV210 processor platform with ARM Cortex TM-A8 core.Doing the real-time data processing through the transplantation of Win CE operating system.The processor's internal instructions and data bus are independent of each other,internal instructions and data can be read simultaneously and at high frequencies from memory.Therefore,the processor has a high processing ability which fully meets the design requirements of the ECG monitoring system for fast,accurate and real-time processing of large amounts of data.ECG detection algorithm is the core of the entire system.Real time,accuracy and reliability are the basic requirements of the algorithm design.Considering the shortcomings of the traditional ECG detection algorithm such as poor real-time performance and high error detection rate,this paper proves the design of positive and negative bidirectional adaptive differential threshold detection algorithm.Testing by the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database,Detection accuracy rate of this algorithm is 99% or more.This designed intelligent ECG monitoring system with a 7-inch capacitive LCD screen can realize touch operation.The human-computer interface which is programmed by MFC can display processing results of data and the ECG waveform in real time with simple control.Finally,the entire system is tested,the results of the test are analyzed and compared.The test results show that the intelligent ECG monitoring system designed in this paper runs stably and reliably,and the algorithm meets the design requirements,realizes the functions including real-time,accurate,storage and analysis of the ECG data.
