ObjectiveBy researching the blood platelet's function of the patient who get post-stroke depression(PSD), checking its concerned 6-keto-PGFla thromboxane B2 (TXB2),human platelet active factor (PAF),granule membrane protein (GMP-140),platelet factor 3(PF3),high sensitive C-reactive protein(CRP) and so on, and doing statistical analysis, probing into the relationship between patient's condition and platelet function; evaluate patient's condition and prognosis of post-stroke depression (PSD) afer cerebral stroke.Method1,1 The cerebral stroke 60 patients of this research are all from people's No.4 hospital of Jiann City,30 patients are post-stroke depression (PSD), other 30 patients are simple cerebral stroke as contrast. They are all obvious neurological localized sign, and all approved by craniocerebral CT or craniocerebral MRT. The standard of the diagnosis of cerebral stroke is <Neurology> in Aug.2005, the depression now is the second revised standard of Chinese Nosology and Diagnosis, at the same time consulting Hamiton depreesion scale to evaluate patient's condition. The research patients all exclude bacterial infection,tissue damage,tumor formation,acute inflammation and so on.1,2 Drawing venous blood from the patients, by the analysis ways of enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) and C-reactive protein(CRP), and checking Fla (6-keto-PGFla),thromboxane B2 (TXB2),human platelet active factor (PAF),granule membrane protein (GMP-140),platelet factor 3(PF3) high sensitive C-reactive protein(CRP) and so on.Results 1.Contrast to the matched group, the patient's Fla (6-keto-PGFla) of the post-stroke depression(PSD) decrease, and statistical significance is obvious.2.Contrast to the matched group, thromboxane B2 (TXB2) increase, and statistical significance is obvious.3. Contrast to the matched group, high sensitive C-reactive protein(CRP) increase, and statistical significance is obvious.4.Contrast to the matched group, human platelet active factor (PAF) increase, and statistical significance is obvious.5. Contrast to the matched group,granule membrane protein (GMP-140) platelet factor 3(PF3) are not obvious different, and statistical signific-ance is not obvious.ConclusionPost-stroke depression (PSD) is independent and dangerous factor to influence recovery and recrudescence. The patients of post-stroke depression (PSD) have changed platelet function.We can check 6-keto-PGFla,thromboxane B2 (TXB2),human platelet active factor (PAF),high sensitive C-reactive protein(CRP) so as to evaluate patient's condition and prognosis of the patients,and provide evidence to early diagnosis and treatment;it has important clinical significance.The measured value of human platelet active factor(PAF),granule membrane protein (GMP-140),platelet factor 3(PF3) is obviously different, and it maybe influenced by less specimen of informants.
