As is known as human health' killer ,Coronary artery atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease is the leading one of the diseases .In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the living standards of many people, including nationwide grass-roots rise substantially, and the pace of life have been significantly change. As a result coronary heart disease, including rural increased incidence rates increased year by year. It is very important to complete the rural coronary artery disease risk factors to help to guide the investigation, diagnosis and prevention of coronary heart disease (CHD) .Objective:This study gives investigation to corresponding patients with coronary artery disease in qingyang, weiqiao, changshan, xidong in zouping ,exposes the risk factors for rural residents, provides the theory basis for guiding the region of coronary heart disease prevention and treatment through the four villages analysis .And it is of great significance. Methods:Select 729 suspected patients with coronary artery disease in the next village clinics from November in 2010- January in 2011. Make a questionnaire to begin epidemiology investigation. Collect patients 'gender, age, genetic history, history of hypertension, diabetes and smoking history, history of weight and height, and ask for details GTTS history symptoms. Collect fasting blood, send back to the hospital to collect the result. Collect cardiogram results, and give a further dynamic cardiogram to the patients whose cardiogram display frequent electrocardiogram period before contractive and ischemic ST - T changes, or the patients with underlying myocardial infarction who have no typical symptoms ,or the patients who have no obvious symptoms but the cardiogram showing abnormal changes. So as to determine 496 patients as coronary heart groups of patients (about 68.4% among doctors' office visiting), including male patients (occupy 348 70.16%), female patients (occupy 148 people 29.84%). 233 patients without coronary artery disease, (about the number of total medical group and set to 31.6%). Give the risk factors a retrospectively analysis, evaluate the diagnosis value of these risk factors for coronary heart disease. According to the water quality monitoring data of four township from 2008 to 2010,combining the income data, applying single linear correlation analysis, evaluate the relationship between the incidence of coronary heart disease and water hardness .Results:(1) the number of elderly patients with coronary artery disease (who is equal or greater than 60) is greater that that of control group. the number of patients in CHD group who had also suffering from hypertension is simultaneously higher than that in control group. the number of diabetes in CHD group is higher than in control group, while the number of TC, blood test results and TG, LDL - C Apo B average are higher than the control group; (2) the hermetic fat CHD group in the examination results, TG, TC hdl-c, Apo B abnormal rate is higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). (3) in multivariate analysis, coronary heart disease pathogenesis and older (age 60 years old), male P, family history, history of hypertension, smoking history, blood sugar, TC, LDL - C, Apo B, obesity, and many other abnormalities are positively related (P < 0.05). (4) through the analysis of the four villages and towns of coronary artery disease incidence and number of the relationship with drinking water hardness, the conclusion is drawn that in this area water hardness numerical size positively correlated with coronary heart disease risk (P < 0.05).Conclusion:this 496 patients with coronary heart disease risk factors analysis results in a certain extent, reflected the risk factors of the rural patients with coronary artery disease in zouping county, traditional factors such as old age, male, family history, smoking history, history of hypertension, diabetes and obesity, dyslipidemia are the risk factors for the region, and drinking water hardness on the high side in this area is also the risk factors for coronary artery disease.
