| Objective:To evaluate self Xiaotong treating hyperuricemia Qushi clinical efficacy of safe and effective treatment of hyperuricemia in Chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases (all from the Hubei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2009 to January 2011 during the clinic or hospital patients) in accordance with the principles of randomized, divided into treatment group (treatment group) and control group (western medicine group), treatment group,30 cases of Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group of 30 patients, hereinafter referred to as the treatment group and control group. Treatment group,20 males and 10 females, mean age (39.5±13.6) years, uric acid (SUA) (514.3±63.2)μmol/L; control group,22 males and 8 females, mean age (39.3±12.9) years, uric acid (510.7±62.5)μmol/L. General information comparing the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable. Treatment group were treated orally Xiaotong dampness soup (Achyranthes 15g, plantain seed 15g, Cork 10g, Money Grass 15g, Cassia 15g, plantago m 30g, Loranthaceae 15g, red peony root 10g, Radix 15g, Eucommial5g, etc.), day 1, each juice 200 mL, morning and evening hours service; the control group were treated with allopurinol, each 0.1 g,2 times a day; two groups were added with sodium bicarbonate tablets, each oneg,3 times a day; observed for 6 weeks. Clinical symptoms were observed during treatment serum uric acid scores and other indicators of efficacy and safety indicators.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3% in the control group was 96.7% (P> 0.05), no significant difference between the two groups; but the improvement in clinical symptom score, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Xiaotong dampness treated group of patients with lower serum uric acid in the control group significant aspect in improving clinical symptoms and signs of respect, its effect was significantly better than the control group. Xiaotong dampness soup conditioning organs function to clear the phlegm and dampness, reduce serum uric acid, no obvious side effects, clinical efficacy, the more obvious clinical symptoms, a high clinical value. |
