ObjectiveTo investigate the normal periodontal tissue and the inflammatory periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement and periodontal reconstruction process from the BMP-2 and VEGF expression and distribution of inflammatory periodontal environment and orthodontic forces on rat periodontal Tissue remodeling.Methods55 Wistar rats with the method of randomly divided into 3 groups, 5 rats received no treatment for the control group, on the right side of 25 rats 50g maxillary first molar orthodontic force applied normal loading group The control group, the other 25 rats were prepared after three weeks of periodontitis 50g after the orthodontic force applied to the right of the rat maxillary first molar inflammatory loading group is for the experimental group. Tissue by immunohistochemistry and morphological analysis on the right maxillary first molar of rat periodontal tissue changes, testing the rats on the right maxillary first molar after the afterburner 1 day, 3 days, 7 days 14 days and 21 days of the periodontal tissues of BMP-2 and VEGF expression and the first molar to the recent movement in the distance. Results(1) successfully established the normal control group, tooth movement in periodontal environment model and the experimental group under inflammatory periodontal tooth movement model.(2) control group, the average distance of tooth movement was 1.26mm, the average distance of tooth movement in experimental group was 1.72mm, while at the same time move from the experimental group, the average tooth than the control group, experimental group, tooth movement is faster than the control group. Both groups at each time point moving average distance of the teeth were significantly different (P <0.05), distance of tooth movement between the two groups compared the first 7 days, 14 days and 21 days, significant differences (P <0.05).(3) BMP-2 in the normal loading group expression to peak at 7 days, inflammatory loading group in the first 14 days to reach the peak; VEGF in the normal loading group expression in the first 14 days to reach peak Afterburner in the inflammatory group reach the peak on day 7, at the same time point in the experimental group of BMP-2 and VEGF expression to be higher in both groups into the tension side of bone-breaking activities and the pressure side Bone activity, osteoclast activity in experimental group than in control group, longer duration of the experiment the composition of bone activity appeared later time than the control group.ConclusionBMP-2 and VEGF in periodontal tissue remodeling play an important role in inflammation, irritation and can cause orthodontic force applied BMP-2 and VEGF expression changes that both contribute to the expression of both new bone formation. Alterations in inflammatory periodontal tissue in dental periapical tissue trauma than normal tooth movement in periodontal tissue periapical tissue injury in the large, orthodontic force on periodontal tissue inflammation associated with the conversion did not destroy periodontal Tissues. Associated with orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontal disease, periodontal disease in patients with early local inflammatory stimulus after the removal of its end will not be affected alveolar bone remodeling will not affect orthodontic treatment.
