Biomedical Electrical Impedance tomography is measurement technology which detecting biological internal impedance distribution,it has the noninvasive detection technology and early diagnosis superiority.Now this technology becomes a hot research spot in the field of biomedical and the nondestructive method is a promising technique in industrial detection and geological detection.Human and other animate just like the conductors,because of the body have physiological and neural activity,which is one of the basic characteristics of the organism.Different physiological activities make organs show different electrical properties and shape.According to the difference of different organs and normal tissue and lesion,we can conclude tissue shape and infer the tissue physiological activity,reveal whether the tissue is diseased or not.This technology helps human understand the operating mechanism of biological tissues and organs and provide diagnosis in clinical.This study focuses on inverse problem algorithm in electrical impedance tomography(EIT)and magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography(MREIT).The main works of the research contents are as follows:Firstly,a brief introduce of the development of traditional medical imaging technology,and showing traditional technology advantage and challenge for the medical industry development,and also present new imaging technology background,introduces the developing opportunity and the significance of the research background of traditional technology.Secondly,in order to make the accuracy of calculation,the ANSYS finite element analysis software has been used.After clarify the finite element calculation analysis software's advantages and setting the subdivision rules.According to information that include internal and boundary of brain form MRI machine,build the simulation true model.In this study,sample model verification the validity of the algorithm,this method will reduce the number of experiments.Finally,the inverse algorithm will be stated,EIT and MREITreconstruction algorithm using differential evolution algorithm(DE),and take the dynamic adjustment of control parameters to adjust the algorithm,in order to solving the problem of poor efficiency.In this paper,a new method was proposed which based on DE algorithm,and which not only get a result image in the EIT,but also in MREIT.In MREIT reconstructs using single direction data of magnetic induction intensity in reconstruction for the conductivity distribution.The result of reconstruct in MREIT simulation shows that localization of intracranial deep and shallow lesions precisely,and resolution has been greatly improved.
