Objective 1,Understanding the relation of C-reactive protein and type 2 diabetes millitus patients.2,Understanding the relation of peripheral leukocyte and type 2 diabetic mellitus patients.3,Analysis of risk factors for type 2 diabetic. 3,Discuss the clinical significance of serum CRP and WBC levels to the early discovery of type 2 diabetes and its macrovascular complications. Methods Select Ningxia Medical University Hospital in April 2010– December in endocrinology during the month of hospital treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients for the study of 126 cases and normal control 55 cases. According to the type 2 diabetes standard of WHO in 1999. General information on the five groups were collected and the laboratory parameters. The measured data to that between the two groups using T-test and one-factor analysis of variance, each index to do correlation analysis and multiple logistic analysis.Rusult1,Study of 181 cases 109 cases male, feale 72 cases, age 20-84 years, mean age 54.32±12.62 ,diabetics and normal control compared, diabetics CRP and WBC were increased, the groups were statiscally significant.(P<0.05)。2,Diabetics groups and normal control group one-factor analysis of variance compared, diabetics group's age, fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and microalbuminuria protein(MA) were increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 3,Both WBC and CRP are have the positive correlation to FBG,2hFBG,HbA1c% have the negative correlation to IBIL and HDL-C. CRP levels were positively related to serum WBC.4,Course of disease,HbA1c,LDL-C and HDL-C are the chief risk factors for Diabetic Angiopathies.ConclusionThe study showed that C-recactive protein and WBC were increased in diabetics , statiscally significant.routine detect CRP and WBC are make for predict and interfere in diabetes mellitus and blood vessel complication .
