Rabbit as experimental animals, establish the Qifen syndrome in seasonal febrile disease animal model with Escherichia coli endotoxin, by the classical prescription baihutang to treat and verify it, observed the rabbits temperature changes and clinical manifestation, detection serum cytokine levels, biochemical indicators, indicators of immunology and antioxidant. Provided some technical information support for established Qifen syndrome in seasonal febrile disease's model, theoretical research and improve the level of clinical treatment.18 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly, every group of 6 rabbits. Qifen syndrome group, Escherichia coli endotoxin 15μg/kg are injected by rabbit ear vein, fed normal saline 7 ml/kg. Baihutang group, Escherichia coli endotoxin are injected by rabbit ear vein, fed baihutang 7 ml/kg to rabbits; after injected Escherichia coli endotoxin 6 and 12 hours fed baihutang twice. Control group, injected by rabbit ear vein with the same dose physiological saline, fed normal saline 7 ml/kg. Observed the changes of rabbits body temperature, symptoms manifestation and signs. Blood from control group and Qifen syndrome rabbits heart after injected endotoxin 2.5 hours, killed the rabbits, generally pathological observation for heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other major organs, detection each indicator of serum. Blood from baihutang group rabbits heart after injected endotoxin 24 hours, killed the rabbits, generally pathological observation for major organs, detection each indicator of serum.1. After injected endotoxin, compared with Qifen syndrome group, the baihutang group rabbits body temperature increased slowly, curled up, shivering, towering hair, breathing and heart rate up, drank and other symptoms significantly reduced. The control group all nomal. Showing that the baihutang can reduce the body temperature of rabbits with Qifen syndrome in seasonal febrile disease, significantly improve the Qifen syndrome in seasonal febrile disease symptoms and signs, reduce the pathological damage of major organs.2. Qifen syndrome group, the level of IL-2 in serum was significantly lower than the control group and the baihutang group(P<0.05), but the level of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and IFN-γwas significantly higher than the control group and the baihutang group(P<0.05); Qifen syndrome group, the level of TNF-αwas extremely significantly higher than the control group and the baihutang group(P<0.01), the control group was significantly higher than the baihutang group (P<0.05).3. Qifen syndrome group, the content of ET-1, ALP and AST in serum was significantly higher than the control group and the baihutang group(P<0.05), but the content of UA and UREA in serum was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); Qifen syndrome group, the content of ALT in serum was extremely significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),but the content of CREA and TP in serum was extremely significantly higher than the control group and baihutang group(P<0.01); Qifen syndrome group, the content of TC was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), extremely significantly lower than the baihutang group(P<0.01).4. Qifen syndrome group, the content of CH50 in serum was significantly higher than the control group and the baihutang group(P<0.05), but the content of IgA in serum was significantly lower than the control group and the baihutang group (P<0.05); Qifen syndrome group, the content of IgG and IgM in serum was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).5. Qifen syndrome group, the content of MDA and NO in serum was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), but the content of T-AOC in serum was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); Qifen syndrome group, the content of SOD in serum was extremely significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01), baihutang group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).
