Analysis Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Fifteen Cases Of Popliteal Artery Aneurysm

Objective: To probe into methods of diagnosis and treatment of Popliteal Aneurysm。Method: The data of diagnosis and surgical treatment of 15cases Popliteal Aneurysm in Wu Han Union Hospital. From September, 2000 to September, 2010 were reviewed and analyzed.Result: Fifteen were diagnosed by B ultrasound, CTA ,MRA and DSA. All received surgical operations. Methods of Surgery as follows: Resection of Popliteal Aneurysm and Autogenous vein bypass .Resection of Popliteal Aneurysm and prosthetic blood vessel replacement. Aneurysm desert performed therein and pass operation. Partial Resection of Popliteal Aneurysm Wall, Suturation and neoplasty in Popliteal Aneurysm. Post-operative follow-up ranged from six months to eleven years. Four Resection of Popliteal Aneurysm and Autogenous vein bypass presented very remarkable effects (Eighty percent). One was taken a turn for the better (Twenty percent). One of Resection of Popliteal Aneurysm and prosthetic blood vessel replacement presented very remarkable effects (Twenty percent). One was taken a turn for the better (Twenty percent). Three were invalid unfortunately (sixty percent). One of Aneurysm desert performed therein and passoperation presented very remarkable effects (thirty-three point three percent). One was taken a turn for the better (thirty-three point three percent). One was invalid unfortunately (thirty-three point three percent). One of suturation and neoplasty in Popliteal Aneurysm appeared very remarkable effects (Fifty percent). Another was taken a turn for the better (Fifty percent).
