Objective:to evaluate the value of DSA in diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms and to clarify the superiority of the 3D-DSA in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Method:to collect up 43 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with traditional DSA,Rotational DSA And three-dimensional DSA, and to compare the difference of these methodsResult:4o patients were diagnosed the intracranial aneurysms in 43 cases. The total of aneurysms were 43. Conventional 2D-DSA can show the existence of arterial aneurysm, but the image can clearly demonstrate the neck shape and the relationship between parent artery and peripheral vascular relat only in very rare cases. Compared with 2D-DSA,the structure display capabilities of rotational DSA has been improved, however, rotation angle was still limited. Three-dimensional DSA overcome these shortcomings, and in particular can clearly show the structure of the intracranial aneurysms, such as tumor size, neck shape, lobular aneurysm morphology, and the relationship with the parent artery. Conclusion:Rotational DSA and 3D DSA technique for intracranial lesions structure shows excellent. Especially the three-dimensional DSA technology. Significantly contribute to acquisition of intracranial aneurysm diagnosis and treatment information.
