Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatain on the high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and plasme endothelin-1(ET-1)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)before and after stents implantation, and evaluate the effect of different doses of rosuvastatain. Methods 60 ACS patients were divided randomly into three groups.20 patie -nts(G1,n=20)were given atorvastatin(Crestor 20mg,qN)for 1 month,20 patients(G2,n=20)were given Rosuvastatain(Crestor 10mg,qN)for 1 month and the rest 20 patients(G3,n=20)were given Rosuvastatain(Crestor 20mg,qN),stents were underwent after three days.Peri -pheral blood samples were drawn to detect the levels of hs-CRP,ET-1 at baseline,24 hours after postope and 1 month after stents implantation respectively and blood lipids, live -r function levels.Results①The levels of hs-CRP with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference(P>0.05);the levels of hs-CRP in 24hours after stents implantation were higher than the baseline,groupG1,groupG2 was significantly higher than the groupG3,and statistical difference was significant (P<0.05);the levels of hs-CRP with three groups of patients in 1 month after stents implantation were lower than baseline ,groupG3 was significantly lower than groupG1,groupG2,and the difference was significant (P <0.05);②The levels of ET-1 with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference (P> 0.05);the levels of ET-1 levels in 1 month after stents implantation compared to baseline levels were decreased, groupG3 was significantly lower than groupG1,groupG2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③The levels of blood lipids(TC,TG and LDL-C) with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference(P>0.05);the levels of blood lipids(TC,TG and LDL-C) with three groups of patients decreased in 1 month after stents implantation,groupG3 was significantly lower than the groupG1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④The levels of HDL-C with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference(P>0.05);the levels of HDL-C levels with three groups of patients decreased in 1 month after stents implantation, groupG3 was significantly lower than groupG1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);⑤The levels of ALT increased more than 3 times in groupG1,groupG2,groupG3 respectively were 2,1,2 cases;the levels of ALT increased more than 1-3 times in groupG1,groupG2,groupG3 respectively were 5,4,8 cases,Mostly transient, observed two to four weeks back to normal. Conclusion 1.The levels of hs-CRP increased in the 24 hours after stents implantatio -n;2.Rosuvastatin could reduce postoperative inflammation and improve endothelial funct -ion;3.For the same dose,Rosuvastatin 20mg reduce the levels of blood lipid more than atorvastatin 20mg;4.For the same dose,Rosuvastatin 20mg increase the levels of HDL-C more than atorvastatin 20mg;5.Rosuvastatain could reduce inflammatory factor after perc -utaneous coronary intervention and improve endothelial function, which was connected with the doses,it was better in group 20mg than that in the group 10mg.
