Object Through surveys show the incidence of hematological abnormal in rheumatoid arthritis patients ,then analyse the difference between the related laboratory measurement indicators. As a result, improve the understanding of hematological abnormal in rheumatoid arthritis .Methods Retrospective investigation of 205 RA cases were admitted to our department of Ningxia Medical University Affiliated Hospital.Since January , 2008 to January , 2010. Among of all these cases, the indicators such as WBC,albumin,IgG,IgA,IgM,PLT,RF,CRP,ESR,EOS%,C3,C4,CCP,AKA,ANA etc. are analyzed. Use of statistical methods make the Conclusion.Result In collection of 205 RA cases ,there are 123 cases with hematological disorder, accounting for 60%. 82 patients with RA without any abnormal to the hematological system , accounting for 40.00%. In the collection of 123 cases with hematological disorder ,there are 80 cases of platelet elevated , 67 cases of Hb reductive ,10 cases of white blood cells increased and 21 decreased. There are statistical significance in C3,ESR,CRP, IgG,RHF,albumin between the group of RA patients with hematological disorder and the group without hematological disorder(P<0.05). There are no statistical significance in age, duration, gender, EOS %, IgA, IgM, CCP, C4, AKA, ANA in two groups(P>0.05). Incidence of RA with anemia is about 32.68%.There are statistical significance in albumin ,IgG,PLT,RHF,CRP,ESR between the group of RA patients with anemia and the group without anemia(P<0.05). There are no statistical significance in age, duration, WBC, EOS %, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, CCP,AKA, ANA between two groups(P>0.05). Incidence of RA with platelet disorder is about 39.02%.There are statistical significance in WBC, C3, ESR, CRP, IgG, RHF, Hb, albumin between RA patients with platelet count heighten group and platelet count normal group (P<0.05). There are no statistical significance in age, duration, EOS %, IgA, IgM, CCP, C4, AKA, ANA between two groups(P>0.05). Incidence of RA with leukocytes abnormal is about 15.12%.There is statistical significance in albumin between the group of RA patients with leukocytes abnormal and the group without leukocytes abnormal (P<0.05). There is no statistical significance in the rest(P>0.05).Conclusion High serum drop degree of RF was detected is prone to hematological disorder .RA patients with hematological disorder lack of albumin are more severe than others. In the RA patients group who have platelet count heighten or the group of RA patients with anemia, they has shown ESR, CRP, IgG, RHF value increased significantly and albumin decreased obviously. But in the RA group which has leukocytes abnormal only has albumin significantly lower than the group of RA without leukocytes abnormal. And yet, we need further research to certify the relationship between ESR,CRP,IgG,RF concerning the platelet count heighten in RA patients , or the RA patients who have anemia. And as at that research , to certify ESR,CRP,IgG,RF has nothing to do with leukocytes abnormal.
