Objective1. To investigate the influence factors in the treatment of high-volume hemofiltration in postpartum hemorrhage complicated with MODS patients.2.To guide the use of hemofiltration in clinic and evaluated the therapeutic effect of the hemofiltrationMethods1 The clinical datas were collected in the 111 postpartum hemorrhage complicated with patients who were treated by the HVHF form January 2001 to January 2011 in ICU of our hospital .; aging from 17 to 41 years, with an average age of 28.71 years.2 The clinical datas were analyzed by T-test or Chi-square test at first ,and then put the factors which had significantly different into the the logistic regression, with binary logistic regression analysis, we let to the regression model of the influence factor for the patients with HVHF.Results Enteral nutrition (X12),GCS(X14),CVP(X16)were the favorable factors for the prognosis; the unfavorable factors included that the prolonged HVHF (X7), the number of organ Dysfunction (X9), the prolonged mechanical ventilation (X10), the level of the Creatinine while HVHF began(X17) and the degree of postpartum hemorrhage(X19).ConclusionsThe efficacy of HVHF threated the postpartum hemorrhage caoplicated with MODS patients were effective. The patients who had high level of GCS,CVP and treated with enteral nutrition in the HVHF were had good outcome;the mortality was higher in the patients who delayed the HVHF treatment , more number of organ dysfunction and the prolonged mechanical ventilation. These analysis results will provide reference for the using of HVHF treatment and evaluated the efficacy of HVHF treatment.
