Objective Using aspirin on treatment of myocardial radioactive injury to reduce heart damage, and to improve patient radioactive survival quality.Materials and methods From September 2010 to January 2011, a total of 50 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. All patients have no Heart disease, myocardial infarction, coronary atherosclerosis, angina, Hemorrhagic bleeding ulcer, and no accepting Surgical treatment, anticoagulation. the treatment group has 24 patients, aged from 20 to 72, male 13 cases female 11 cases, including central bronchogenic carcinoma 15 cases, esophageal 4 cases, Thymus lymphoma 2 cases, the left breast cancer3 cases; the control group has 26 patients, aged from 23 to 71,male 15cases female 11 cases, including Center lung cancer 14 cases, esophageal 6 cases, Thymus lymphoma 1 cases, the left breast cancer 5 cases. All patients were treated by Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, 2Gy/f, total dose 40-70Gy/4-7W. The treatment group received aspirin 150mg/d, and the control group didn't from before treatment to the end of one month. 12-lead league electrocardiogram, cTnI, myocardial enzyme of all patients were detected before radiotherapy, when 40Gy of radiotherapy dose , after radiotherapy and when a month after radiotherapy, respectively. Application of statistical processing SPSS13.0 statistical software packages. cTnI serum myocardial enzyme concentration and compares the indices; t test Electrocardiogram counting material adopted four latticeχ2 inspection table. P < 0.05 for difference have statistical significance. Results There was no significant difference in ECG changes, myocardial enzymes and muscle calcium protein change between the result before radiotherapy(P<0.05);there was a statistical significant difference under 40 Gy of radiotherapy dose and that after radiotherapy P﹥0.05;If V30>30Gy,D1/3>40Gy there was appeared statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The patients with thoracic oncology accepting radiotherapy will cause cardiac injuries in different degrees, displays in ECG changes, myocardial enzymes and muscle calcium protein change. aspirin can alleviate ECG changes, myocardial enzymes and muscle calcium protein change for myocardial radioactive injury by radiation. Aspirin will be expected to become radiation heart damage preventive medicine...
