| Objective:This study observed the kangninghuxinⅡon myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury changes in serum enzyme levels, myocardial infarction and ECG changes of heartⅡon anticoagulation care in the prevention of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion The role of myocardial protection mechanism for the prevention and treatment with myocardial ischemia, impaired myocardial protection provides a theoretical basis.Methods:Species selection Wistar rats, male and female half and half,250±40g. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:sham operation group, model group, high and low dose group and the TXL group,10 in each group. Consecutive 15d gavage administration, except the sham operation group, ligation of the left main coronary artery in rats. 30min after ischemia, release, to cause reperfusion injury. ObservationⅡECG ST segment elevation rate, blood serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, and was killed after reperfusion animals, and myocardial tissue, myocardial infarction.Results:1.KangninghuxinⅡat high and low dose group and model group serum CK, CK-MB and LDH activity was significantly decreased (P <0.01, P<0.05); with the TXL group was no significant difference (P >.05). Chinese high and low dose group, no significant difference (P> 0.05).2. KangninghuxinⅡat high and low dose group and model group were significantly reduced myocardial infarct size (P<0.01). Chinese high-dose group compared with the TXL group, there were significant differences (P<0.05); medicine low dose group and TXL were no significant differences (P>0.05). Chinese high and low dose groups, the significant difference (P<0.05).3. KangninghuxinⅡat high and low dose group and model group were significantly lower rateΣST elevation (P <0.05), Chinese high-dose group and TXL were no significant differences (P>0.05); Chinese low-dose TXL group was significantly different between groups (P<0.05); Chinese Chinese high-dose and low dose groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:KangninghuxinⅡon cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, can decrease serum ischemia CK, CK-MB, LDH levels, reduction of ischemia-reperfusion myocardial infarct size, reduced infarction big RatΣST Elevation. |
