Yoga Experimental Study, Normal Delivery Maternal Body Shape

Along with social progress and development of the times, people's production and life, great changes have taken place, it is the perfect shape of a healthy body and the pursuit has become a fashion and ideals. Especially in pregnant women after a long period of time and painstaking production process, through their own, families and social pressures brought upon their physical and mental shape, great changes have taken place, these changes to the health of mothers with a great threat to their psychological health for a better body and especially the pursuit of desire, eager to resume as soon as possible to the body when not pregnant, eager to have come into the mental health of the work and lives. Maternal health has become an issue of general interest, should not be ignored. Mother is a special class of people is the indispensable power of national prosperity, one of great importance in improving maternal health and national development and progress in the quality of great realistic significance and far-reaching. Yoga popular in recent years has become a fashion, some scholars have confirmed the yoga body weight, increase flexibility, quality, ease fatigue and other effects, but for the normal delivery of maternal body sculpting through yoga, the heart of health is still blank.This paper to study through quantitative in dicators yoga on body shape and normal delivery of maternal mental health. The Jingning County, Gansu Province People's Hospital, normal delivery of maternal voluntary participation of 60 human subjects, using literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experimental method (5 times a week, every 60 minutes, a period of 12 weeks), statistics and other research methods. In the experiment subjects were tested before and after the body shape, obtained by questionnaire survey of mental health indicators, will be measured, the collected data were SPSS13.0 mathematical statistical analysis software, respectively, the experimental group and control group before and after amplitude of the indicators to P>0.05 for the no significant difference, P<0.05 as significant difference, P<0.01 as very significant difference.The results showed that after 12 weeks of yoga practice, it can reduce weight, reduce arm circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference, waist-hip ratio, waist to height ratio, Thigh height ratio, Quetelet index, Virgin Wick index, BMI (body mass index), body fat percentage, increasing the chest, strengthen health and improve health. As follows:(1) normal delivery after 12 weeks of maternity yoga, body weight, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, thigh circumference, WHR, waist to height ratio, thigh circumference to height ratio, body fat percentage there was a significant difference (P<0.01), arm circumference, arm circumference, chest, hip, calf circumference, arm circumference to height ratio, Quetelet index, Virgin Wick index, BMI were significant differences (P<0.05); height, leg length, arm length, shoulder width, hip width, chest height and no significant difference compared (P>0.05); experiment body shape are better than before the experiment;(2) normal delivery mothers after 12 weeks of yoga practice, the excitation energy, physical and mental calm, positive input, to increase self-confidence, sense of self, aspects of mental health indicators there was a significant difference (P<0.01), fatigue, physical condition , exercise capacity, there were significant differences (P<0.05), after the experiment of mental health indicators are better than before the experiment;(3) control group before and after experiment body shape than abdominal circumference had significant differences (P<0.05), the other body shape indices were not significantly different (P>0.05); control experiment before and after the mental health indicators is only active in significant differences (P<0.05), other parameters had no significant difference (P>0.05).During and after the experiment did not find any discomfort and side effects, to achieve a healthy weight, improve body shape, promote mental health. Yoga exercises for maternal postpartum weight loss, enhance physical fitness, promote maternal mental health, improve health has a positive effect.
