AIMS:In order to demonstrate that physical therapy is better than pure dialectical therapy,under the guidance of "diagnosis what is combined distinguishing phenome-non with distinguishing syndrome,attributing medicinal properties to phenomenon and syndrome" theory,I had the gastic ulcer experimental animal pharmacology study and clinical research. And this study aslo provides theory basis for the study of gastric ulcer physique pharmacy.METHODS:(1) experimental animal pharmacology study:the Wistar rats were divi-ded into blank group,shao yin ren chronic gastritis soup group,wen wei shu group,cold gastric ulcers modle group,shao yang ren chronic gastritis soup group,yang wei shu group,hot gastric ulcers modle group, And to prepared modle after respectively medicating,Detected the content changes of PGE2 and Gastrin in the stomachs tissu-e fluid of each group,then made stomach pathological section. (2) clinical research: Collected the patients of medical chronic gastritis during December 2009 and Decem-ber 2010 in Chaoyi hospital of Yanbian, they were sampled at random group,divided into the treatment group and contrastive group, Analyzed the changes of symptoms and indices before and after the treatment.RESULTS:(1) The content of PGE2 in the stomach tissue fluid of both shao yin ren chronic gastritis soup group and shao yang ren chronic gastritis soup group was significantly higher than that of two contrastive groups (P<0.05),The increasing of the PGE2 content illustrated that the treatment and prevention effect of experimental groups is obviously better than contrastive groups; The content of Gastrin in the stomach tissue fluid of both shao yin ren chronic gastritis soup group and shao yang ren chronic gastritis soup group was higher than blank group,but it was obviously lower than that of two contrastive groups (P<0.05), So it also illustrated that the treatment and prevention effect of experimental groups is better than contrastive groups. (2) Clinical study:The total efficiency of treatment group was 96.60%, The total efficiency of contrastive group was 83.30%, There was a obvious difference in the curative effect of two groups(P<0.01); Compared with the patients'gastroscope inspection and histopathological examination curative effect of two groups, both the significant efficiency and the total efficiency of the treatment group were higher than those of the contrastive group, There was obvious difference (P<0.01); HP detection results of patients in two groups:Treatment group clinical control rate was 100.00%,and contrastive group clinical control rate was 54.13%,There was extremely significant difference(P<0.001);Compared with the main symptoms of Shaoyangren in two groups before and after the treatment, illustrateed that Physical therapy group is significantly better than dialectical therapy contrastive group (P<0.005); Compared with the main symptoms of Shaoyinren in two groups before and after the treatment, illustrateed that Physical therapy group is significantly better than that of dialectical therapy contrastive group (P<0.005).Also course and curative effect is irrelevant.CONCLUSION:under the guidance of "diagnosis what is combined distinguishing phenomenon with distinguishing syndrome,attributing medicinal properties to pheno-menon and syndrome" theory, Physical therapy is better than pure dialectical therapy.
