Object:To detect the clinical and pathological features and molecular biology of Triple-negative Breast Cancer and HER-2-overexpressing breast cancerpatients.Methods:According to the phenotype of ER, PR and HER-2 using immunochemistry, the 211 cases of breast cancer with ER and PR negative were collected。those 211 patients were divided into the triple-negative breast cancer group and the HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer group. The difference between Triple-negative Breast Cancer and HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer were analyzed in age, tumor location, tumor size, histological types and grading, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and survival rate, also summarized the relationship between ER,PR,HER-2 and those biological characteristics.Results:No statistically significant difference between two phenotypes in age, tumor location, tumor size, TNM stage and histological types was found(P>0.05). When compared with HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer cases, triple-negative breast cancer cases experienced more lymph node metastases(P<0.05), and tHERe was statistically significant difference between two phenotypes in histological grading and Ki-67(P<0.05), triple-negative breast cancer showed higHER rates in patients of histological grade 3 and higHER in Ki-67, but no statistically significant difference in p53。 Conclution:Invasive ductal carcinoma is the main pathological type both triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer, and their main predilection site is the upper outer quadrant. When compared with HER-2-overexpressing breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer has a higHER histological grade, more active in cell proliferation and more likely in patients with lymph node metastasis, it is more aggressive, malignant and has a lower survival rate, prognosis is worse...
