Research On The Extraction And Purification Of Baicalin

Scutellaria heat dampness, purging fire detoxification, hemostasis, and preventing miscarriage,is a common staple in clinical medicine, plant capacity,wide planting area. In recent years the chemical composition of the skullcap and the extraction process, content analysis and pharmacological in-depth study. Especially for Scutellaria flavonoids were discussed from various angles. Baicalin is the major component of Scutellaria is one of the skullcap and the preparation of the main elements of quality control indicators. According to pharmacological research reports,baicalin has anti-microbial, anti-allergy, blood pressure and sedation, gallbladder, liver and vasodilator such as the role. Therefore, study of high purity extraction of baicalin method is particularly important.This article is divided into four parts:PartⅠ.briefly introduces the skullcap, introduced baicalin pharmacology, extraction and purification methods of research.PartⅡ:on the extraction of baicalin in different studies, the establishment of the microwave extraction of alkaline ionized water is the best baicalin extraction; and alkaline ionized water on the microwave method, orthogonal analysis, the optimum extraction conditions; also skullcaps before extraction with different solvents for soaking and not soaking experimentally compared.PartⅢ:Waring microwave method of alkaline thing, coarse extraction by acid sinking method, super trust law, macroporous resin adsorption method three different methods to purify,the optimum purification methods. In acid sinking through orthogonal design method, the scheme, and examines acid sinking method in pH value, insulation temperature, holding time and the three conditions interaction on the purification effect, then choose the best acid sinking conditions for pH value 1-2, insulation, heat preservation 80℃for 1 hour.
