And Heweianshen capsule can enhance the content of 5-HT,5-HIAA ChE in brain tissue and peripheral serum of detection model rats and reduce that of NE in it.Conclusion:Heweianshen capsule can act on the nervous system and the digestive system of rat models by multiple target point, multiaspect, multilayer.The whole internal environment is adjustied and ameliorated.It may through regulating content of 5-HT,5-HIAA, NE, ChE of nerve-endocrine network related to brain tissue and peripheral blood serum,then achieve the purpose of promoting sleeping and inhibiting ulcer.
