Objectives:To observe MuLiTang's treatment effect on syndrome of Chinese medicine and AST,ALT,GGT and AST,ALT,GGT in Mild-to-moderate AH of spleen deficiency. To provide necessary scientific basis on further research and clinical application of MuLiTang.Methods:60 cases of AH of spleen deficiency were randomized into two groups.30 cases of experimental group take MuLiTang,while 30 cases of control group take the KuiHua HuGan tablets.To observe the change of syndrome of Chinese medicine and AST,ALT,GGT between the two groups.Results:After 3 weeks,the effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome in experimental group was 90 percent,while 60 percent in the control group,the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01); AST,ALT,GGT had been improved in both groups after treatment,there was significant difference between before and after treatment in each group.there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.MuLiTang can significantly improve AH of spleen deficiency's Chinese medicine syndrome. Its curative effect obviously better than the control group.2. MuLiTang can reduce the AST, ALT, GGT.3. MuLiTang's clinical application is safe.
