The Clinical Study On Triple Warmer Theoryin The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effect of treating stage III chronic renal failure (CRF) based on Triple warmer Theory.It gains well curative effect.In order to provide the scientific basis for its clinic application.Methods:60 patients with stage III CRF were collected according to criterion and standards of syndrome differentiation in TCM. On the bases of necessary treatment, patients took the sanjiaotongli decoction. Therapeutic effect was observed 8 weeks. Constrasterd the quantificar scores of symptoms in Chinese medicine indicated for the main clinical symptoms of patients Inspect the changes of Ccr,BUN,Scr,HGB,RBC,Ca,K,P.Results:1. The treatment could improve the patients clinical symptoms (P<0.05); 2. The treatment could decrease the patients Scr,BUN (P<0.05) The treatment could improve the patients Ccr (P<0.05); 3. The treatment could improve the patients HGB and RBC (P<0.05); 4. The treatment had no influence on serum ion, such as Ca,K,P (P>0.05)Conclusion:1. Sanjiaotongli soup could relieve the clinical symptoms on patients associated with stage III CRF; 2. Sanjiaotongli soup could decrease the patients with stage III CRF Scr,BUN and improve Ccr; 3. Sanjiaotongli soup could improve the patients with stage III CRF HGB and RBC; 4.There are feasibility and practicality of treatment of CRF through the use of Triple warmer Theory.
