Treatment:The same two groups of patients underwent acupuncture treatment.Treatment group:According to the lesion and the positive signs were selected by the membership of the corresponding region of WAA.3. Curative effect standard:Uses in the house-brackman graduation meter about the facial paralysis curative effect determination standard, unifies Japan Facial nerve Research board to formulate "Facial nerve Function Evaluation criteria" the integral grading standardsResults:Treats the first two groups of cases in the sex, the age, the condition weight aspect and the non-significance difference, has the commeasurability (P>0.05). After the treatment, treatment group effectiveness is100 %, healing rate 80%; Control group effectiveness 80%, healing rate 66.7%. Two groups of effectiveness and the healing rate compares has the significance difference (P<0.05); The facial nerve function graduation integral comparison, the treatment group also compare the control group curative effect to good (p<0.05)。Conclusion:Through the combination of wrist-ankle acupuncture and body acupuncture treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis of the efficacy of the treatment group and control group no significant difference in total efficiency. However, the treatment group was significantly higher cure rate and treatment of patients with the treatment group healed number of days than the control group.
