The Clinical Observation On The Thyroid Autoantibody Of Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism Treated By The Fuzhengsanjie Prescription

Objective:To observe the thyroid autoantibody of the Fuzhengsanjie prescription with euthyrox treating Hashimoto's hypothyroidism(syndrome of the spleen-kidney difficiency with phlegm and blood stasis type) and evaluate the efficacy and safety.Methods:Sixty patients with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism in spleen-kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are divided into two groups.thirty patients are treated with fuzhengsanjie and euthyrox as medicine group,and others are treated with euthyrox as control group.the two groups are both observed for three months. Observe and Statistics the Changes in the two groups of symptoms,signs and laboratory makers of changes including thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free thyroxine(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3), Anti-thyroglobulin antibodies(TGAb), Thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb).Results:1. In treatment group,the serum TGAb and TPOAb are reduced more obviously than that in observed group.After treatment,the reduced extent in TGAb and TPOAb in treatment group are more than that in observed group, showing significant differences(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate in treatment group is 86.7%,and in observed group is 60%,showing significant differences(P<0.05).3.In two groups,the symptoms are all improved (P<0.05),but the thyroid enlargement and edema are improved preferably in treatment group than that in observed group (P<0.05).4.The thyroid function is improved in two groups,but there are no significant differences between them,5.In therapeutic process,no untoward effect occurred. Conclusion:Fuzhengsanjie can effectively reduced the TGAb and TPOAb, and it has immunoregulation.Fuzhengsanjie and euthyrox can improved preferably the clinical symptoms and thyroid function.
