| Objective:Before and after treatment by patients with perimenopausal syndrome clinical emotional symptoms, serum hormone,5-HT observation, summary treatment of kidney Yin Yi Kun perimenopausal syndrome and the effect of emotional symptoms in patients 5-HT levels, and to explore the serum 5-HT and the associated symptoms of the disease and Chi Kwan Yin Yi treatment of the disease mechanism.Research Methods:Select-kidney 86 patients with Perimenopausal syndrome, randomly divided into treatment group, the control group, treatment for 12 weeks, in order to improve the Kupperman rating scale, medicine gentle disposition symptoms improved conditions,serum sex hormone (E2, FSH) and serum 5-HT as observed indicators of self-control before and after treatment and control groups.Results:Clinical effect:the treatment group were markedly effective rate of 92.59% in the control group were markedly effective rate of 81.25%, compared two groups of clinical efficacy was not significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the modified Kupperman scale national clinical symptom scores:two more than that before treatment were significantly decreased, but between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). TCM treatment of emotional symptoms markedly effective rate in treatment group 90.0%, irritability, insomnia, depression, and suspect the total effective rate was 90.74% and 92.00%,90.38%, significantly higher than that, there are significant differences (p<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group and control group was significantly higher serum E2 levels, but no statistical significance between the two groups (P> 0.05); serum FSH levels decreased in both groups, in which Ming-treatment group was between the two groups There was a significant difference (P<0.05); serum 5-HT levels decreased significantly after the treatment the two groups between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05); perimenopausal women serum 5-HT'levels were significantly increased, and reproductive significant difference compared to (P<0.05), after treatment, perimenopausal women serum 5-HT levels were significantly lower, and the basic level of close to women of childbearing age.5-HT pre-treatment levels of serum E2, FSH linear relationship is not close; and irritability, insomnia was the degree of correlation with the severity of irritability, serum 5-HT levels rise; with the degree of insomnia The increased serum levels of 5-HT decreased, and the relationship between depression and suspicion are not closely related. So Yikun drink is to improve the climacteric syndrome in patients with emotional symptoms, to correct neurotransmitter disorders, autonomic function to adjust the effective prescription.Conclusion:The treatment of kidney Yin Yi Kun-type Perimenopausal syndrome remarkable, can significantly improve irritable irritability, insomnia, depression and suspect, modern symptoms,etc; Can reduce Perimenopausal transition patients serum 5-HT, improve the clinical symptoms, can rise E2, reduce FSH level. The long-term efficacy was better than the control group.Thus we think " Yikun drink " treatment function may be through improving the function, increase ovarian estrogens secretion and correct the patients' bodies of monoamine transmitters qualitative disorder, adjusting plant nerve function, and achieve remedial effect. |
