The Effect And Mechanism Of Acupuncture BL62 And KI6 Point Association With SongYuAnShen Treatment Insomnia

Objective:To observe the influence of Athens and PSG on the primary insomnia patients with acupuncturing BL62 and KI6 point association with SongYuAnSheng treatment Insomnia, to detect and analyze the patients' serotonin and noradrenaline before and after treatment, At the end to approach the probability mechanism of acupuncture BL62 and KI6 point association with SongYuAnSheng Treatment Insomnia.Methods:According to the Diagnostic efficacy standards of TCM Syndrome (State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, January 1,1995)and The Chinese Mental Disorder Separate And Diagnostic criteria about insomnia, elected 90 patients of meeting it criterion,then according to the treatment order, divided into single acupuncture BL62 and KI6 point group,to SongYuAnSheng group and this two therapeutic measures association group.Three group deploied subject contrast itself before and after the treatment, observation the Athens'Records,PSG,serum 5-HT and NE levels changing. Observation of three treatment groups changes in the indicators.Three classses all therapy four weeks. Moreover choice 30 healthy volunteers as control group.All the experiment and control group collected 5ml venous blood(8:00-9:00am) in the condition of empty stomach at the beginning of experiment,after centrifuged selected blood serum, Then conserved in the-80℃refrigerator to be ready to utiliz liquid chromatography detection the 5-HT and NE. Contrast to three therapeutic measures' curative effect,to baseline data,to the 5-HT and NE after observation 4 weeks. Fond relation between two neurotransmitter changing and three therapeutic measures' curative effect, and researched its mechanism.Result:1.The observation group improved after 4 weeks of treatment scores Athens sleep, sleep time, early awakening, total sleep time, total sleep quality, emotional and physical function during the day, and so on, are prompted to acupuncturing BL62 and KI6 point association with SongYuAnSheng and taking SongYuAnSheng group better than acupuncturing BL62 and KI6 point group(p=0.001<0.05).2. Three treatment groups were able to shorten the process of falling asleep in the sleep time, reduce the number of awakening and awakening time; increase in REM sleep structure and NREM sleep, S3+S4 of the proportion of sleep, NREM sleep period shortened S1, S2 of the share. Acupuncture combined Chinese Medicines group to improve the sleep time, reduce the number of awakening and awakening time better than the acupuncture group and the Chinese Medicines; the acupuncture combined Chinese Medicines group and the Chinese Medicines efficacy in improving sleep structure rather better than the acupuncture group.3. The clinical efficacy of acupunctured combined with Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia was better than the simple acupunctured and the taken simple Chinese medicine(p=0.032<0.05).6. Acupunctured combined with Chinese medicine treatment the insomnia who TCM syndrome type belong to Yin deficiency into Fire and Liver Yu turn into Fire, these the clinical effect were obvious, then the Chinese medicine treatment the insomnia who TCM syndrome type belong to Liver Yu turn into Fire have the advantage. Acupunctured treatment the insomnia who TCM syndrome type belong to Yin deficiency into Fire.Conclusion:1. The therapeutic effect of acupunctured BL62 and KI6 point association with SongYuAnSheng was better than the simple acupunctured BL62 and KI6 and the simple taken SongYuAnSheng.2. Acupuncture BL62 and KI6 poin association with SongYuAnSheng was better than the simple acupunctured BL62 and KI6 and the simple taken SongYuAnSheng in the improved the subjective symptoms and objective indicators(such as PSG,NE,5-HT).3.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia mechanism may be through changing the 5-HT level and NE level.4. Serum 5-HT, NE content could be used as objective indicators to determine efficacy of insomnia,they can provide an objective basis for the treatment of insomnia in clinical medicine.
