Research Of Treating Pre-disease Thinking Of ZhangZhongJing

Objectives:Shanghan Zabing lun is one of the extremely important Classic of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it includes rich idea and cintents in treating pre-disease, and influence deeply for the TCM. This research attempts to systematic collate and summarize the idea of treating pre-disease in Shanghan Zabing lun, and serve for the modern people's health.Methods:This research utilize by literature review and arrange the provisions related with treating pre-disease in Shanghan Zabing lun, generalize the General rules, content and ideology of treating pre-disease, discusses and emphasize the significance about the theory of treating pre-disease in Shanghan Zabing lun.Results:1. ZhangZhongJing' idea of treating pre-disease originated from Neijing. ZhangZhongJing ont only inherited but also developed the idea of treating pre-disease of Neijing, which influnce the future TCM deeply in preventive medicine, treating medicine and rehabilitation science etc.2. ZhangZhongJing' ideology of treating pre-disease includes preventing disease by health care, preventing the transmission when the disease is onset.3. The concept of yangsheng was made out in Shanghan Zabing lun. Yangshen pay attentionto prevention, which includs sitology, sexual activity, mental care, preventing wound and insect and animal bit.4. It attached importance to spleen and stomach in ideology of treating pre-disease, not only in prescription, using herbs, but also in nursing, in treating crisis patient, in rehabilitation. During the recovering and preventing the relapse of disease also pay attention to spleen and stomach.Treating pre-disease tell us need paying attention to treatment of early stage of disease, protecting organs which are in good condition, and preventing the transmission and worse of disease.Conclusions:The ideology of treating pre-disease was one of important part of ZhangZhongJing' theary, which rich in content. It also was one of important part of TCM.
