The Clinical Influence Of Tongmai Granule' To Arterial Stiffness Qi (Yang)-deficiency Blood Stasis And Phlegm Resistance

Objectives:to exPlore the effection of Chinese medicine Tongmai Granule in Qi(Yang)-deficiency Blood Stasis and Phlegm resistance who with high arterial stiffness, discussing the effect of" Tongmai Granule " Prevention and early atherosclerosis role.Methods:determine 157 male Patients of cardiovascular disease,101 cases for hyPertension, 36 Patients with coronary heart disease,20 Patients for hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Randomly divided into trial group and compative group.The trial group treatment as Tongmai Granule and the compative group as Fluastatin, observe the two groups of patients'arterial stiffness state clinical symptoms, tongue symptoms, the improvement of Pulse condition before and after the treatment, arterial stiffness assessment use for blood pressure pulse measuring devices, the heart-ankle cardio vascular index (cardio-ankle vascular index, CAVI) reflecting indication of a change in arterial stiffness.Results:Before treatment with tongmai grunale group and western medicine group sides of CAVI level non-significance difference (P> 0.05); CAVI decreased significantly after 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks therapy.Before treatment compared the ages from 40-50 and 51-60 to 61-70.No significant difference between groups(P> 0.05). After treatment, compared within each group, there were significant differences; the difference was not statistically significant between each group (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, Leftcompared CAVI of the two groups, effectiveness of grunale group was 71.25%, the compative group CAVI clinical curative effect rate was 59.74%.Right:the grunale group CAVI clinical curative effectiveness was 63.75%, the compative group CAVI clinical curative effect rate of two groups was 55.84%. After treatment, tongmai grunale group total effectiveness 86.25%TCM symptoms, and western medicine group total effectiveness is 45.45%TCM symptoms, via examining have significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusions:Tongmai Ganual could effectively reduce CAVI of Qi(Yang)-deficiency Blood Stasis and Phlegm resistance,which were similar as western medicine,and it could obviously imProve Chinese symPtoms and signs.Tongmai granule in the treatment dosage had not discovered other Poisonous adverse reactions,after cure the liver function have not seen new exceptionally change.
