| Objective:Through clinical experimental observation of Xuanbi Tong Mai Granule in the treatment of stable type angina pectoris phlegm and blood stasis syndrome efficacy and safety of judge Xuan Bi Tong Mai Granule clinical application value, and discuss the composing principle and mechanism of action. Methods:In accordance with stable angina pectoris and Western medicine diagnostic criteria and case inclusion criteria, volunteered for the study of 60 patients were selected from the outpatient department, in accordance with the principle of randomized, into treatment group and control group, two groups with 30 patients in each group, the treatment group and the control group use routine treatment of Western medicine, treatment group in the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of added with Xuanbi Tongmai granule, 1 month after treatment observed changes in two groups of clinical symptoms, syndrome and ECG, nitroglycerin usage amount and index of laboratory examination, and on symptoms and syndromes were quantified score, make efficacy evaluation, and the results were analyzed statistically.Results: Significant effect of Xuanbi Tong Mai Granule on remission and syndrome symptoms improved, and the treatment group improved more obviously. In the change of electrocardiogram, the effect of the treatment group is greater than that of the control group, also in improving the blood lipid, superoxide dismutase(SOD), Cystatin C in the treatment group also has a obvious effect. The dosage of nitroglycerin treatment group decreased more obviously. The adverse reaction did not occur in the course of clinical observation, no abnormal changes in all indicators of safety.Conclusion: Xuan Bi Tong Mai Granule can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin in patients, improve the clinical efficacy, and can effectively prevent the further progress of coronary heart disease. |
