Objective: Through the study of ancient and modern literature on infantile diarrhea of navel therapy medication-related content and statistics , sum up the delivery regularity of navel therapy of infantile diarrhea , furtherly improve and perfect the herb-choosing pertinence for navel therapy of infantile diarrhea, and provide clinical reference.Methods: Taking Chinese science and technology database Pubmed as information retrieval source, the nearly 20-year papers about infantile diarrhea treated by navel therapy were retrieved. Taking National "973" program of "characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy" ancient literature library as ancient literature source , infantile diarrhea treated by navel therapy related literature were retrieved. By statistics, summary and analysis, the delivery regularity of navel therapy of infantile diarrhea was summarized.Results: After analyzing the relative literature of infantile diarrhea using navel therapy, the results show:①From the view of frequency, the top 10 herbs are Syzygium aromaticum, Fructus Evodia, Cinnamon, pepper, Chinese atractylodes, Aucklandia lappa, Atractylodes macrocephala, dried ginger, Coptis chinensis.②Common combination of herbs are Syzygium aromaticum—Cinnamon, Syzygium aromaticum—Fructus Evodia, Fructus Evodia—Cinnamon, Syzygium aromaticum—pepper, Fructus Evodia—pepper, Fructus Evodia—Chinese atractylodes, Fructus Evodia—Aucklandia lappa.③The proprietary Chinese medicine used most frequent is Yunnan Baiyao,and the most common excipient is vinegar.Conclusion: According to statistics, the delivery regularity of navel therapy of infantile diarrhea are:①Herbs for dispelling internal Cold are most frequently used, especially Syzygium aromaticum and Fructus Evodia. And the second are astringent herbs .②Herbs with the character of warm and heat are most frequently used.③Herbs with the taste of acrid, bitter and sweet are most frequently used, especially herbs with the taste acrid.④Herbs entering spleen meridian and stomach meridian are most frequently used, and the second are herbs entering kidney meridian and lung meridian. |
