People With Impaired Fasting Glucose Physical Characteristics Of Chinese Medicine

Objective:The research investigates impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and type of distribution of physical medicine and major physical features of the type for providing scientific basis for prevention and treatment of IFG.Methods:Select July 2010 to October 2010 in Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Shandong Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western) medical groups for fasting blood glucose testing, and refer to the physical survey questionnaire "Classification of Chinese constitution",the people who meets the Traditional diagnostic criteria has IFG types of constitutions and the analysis of correlation between objective indicators, and uses statistical software SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis to explore the regularity of the main body types and relevance.Results:(1) In the3261 cases of the survey population ,the number of people who meet diagnostic criteria for IFG is 119 cases, Male ratio of two groups were 83.19%,80.40%, female rates were 16.81%,19.60%, no significant difference between them (p> 0.05);In the 119 cases of IFG population ,78 patients a single body type (65.5%), 37 cases of both types of constitutions (31.1%), 4 cases of three or more physical type of person (3.4%).(2) The level of the main body types of IFG are: phlegm (23.5%), qi deficiency and phlegm (16.0%), heat transfer (10.1%), yin deficiency (10.1% ), qi quality (5.9%); The main body of nine body types are: phlegm (50.4%), Qi deficiency (26.1%), heat transfer (14.3%), yin deficiency (14.3%), yang quality(11.8%). (3) The proportion of men and women between qi quality and IFG was different (p = 0.001 <0.05 / 6); the age order of five types of physical size : Qi and phlegm> Gas Yu quality> heat transfer> phlegm> yin deficiency, qi and yin deficiency and phlegm, phlegm were significantly different (p <0.05); The order of Weight, body mass index levels were: phlegm> qi deficiency phlegm> heat transfer> The quality> yin deficiency, The five body types were not same (p = 0.000 <0.01); The largest body surface area is Phlegm, followed by phlegm and qi deficiency, yin deficiency lowest, and yin deficiency was significantly differrent from the other four body (p <0.05); yin deficiency in triglyceride level was significantly lower than qi deficiency and phlegm Wet mass (p <0.05), yin deficiency in uric acid levels were significantly lower than qi deficiency and phlegm, phlegm (p <0.05); cholesterol, About of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, uric acid, creatinine, five were no significant differences between physical ; ECG abnormalities were 63.2% qi deficiency phlegm, qi quality 60.0%, 50.0% phlegm, yin deficiency 25.0%, 7.14% heat transfer.Conclusions:(1)IFG group showed a single of physical body, two body, three or more physical phase and there, in which a larger proportion was a single body. (2)IFG main body types: phlegm, qi deficiency and phlegm, heat transfer, yin deficiency, qi quality; Nine kinds of body types for the main body: phlegm, qi quality, quality heat, yin deficiency, yang quality. (3)IFG onset had no significant correlation between male and female; The quality more common in women; and the age of qi deficiency and phlegm was higher. Phlegm, qi deficiency and phlegm in body weight, body mass index, body surface area, uric acid, triglycerides were higher than yin deficiency; cholesterol, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, uric acid, creatinine were not significantly differente between The five physical fitness; and Abnormal rate of ECG is highest in qi deficiency and phlegm.
