Study On The TCM Syndrome Of Hypertension Nephrosclerosis And Related Factors

Objective: To understand the TCM syndrome of hypertension nephrosclerosis (HN) and related factors in different periods, investigate the pathogenesis of HN.Methods: Collect 139 clinical data from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, record the gender, age, four diagnostic descriptions, blood pressure levels and clinical laboratory testing, according to the course record performance in patients with clinical symptoms ,and TCM diagnostic criteria for classification of the five zang and qi ,blood,yin and yang,collect the statistics in each group, and analyze the integration of gender , age, blood pressure, uric acid and blood cholesterol check against climate distribution.Results: In the Microalbuminuria group (A group) of HN, the scores of kidney, liver qi deficiency, yin deficiency and blood stasis are most. In clinical albuminuria group (B group) of HN , the scores of kidney and spleen are higher, expect of Yang Kang, the rest of the cards are higher; Gender differences in positioning points on the two groups had no effect on the organs, but the A group of women's Yin Deficiency points higher than the male, the male Yang Kang points card and phlegm was significantly higher than that of women, gender differences in the qi, blood, yin and yang of the B group syndrome classification had no effect on integration; With age, the scores of kidney , heart and Yang Deficiency of A group are increased, the scores of kidney , heart, spleen, qi deficiency, yang deficiency and blood stasis of the B group are increased; With blood pressure levels, the scores of kidney,blood stasis of A group increased significantly,the scores of kidney, heart, spleen and qi deficiency , blood stasis and phlegm of B group increased significantly;With the gradual decline of renal function, the scores of kidney, heart, spleen, qi deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm and dampness card gradually increased; The Spleen, in deficiency, phlegm and dampness card points of the higher uric acid ones are more than those with normal uric acid levels; The kidney, spleen, qi deficiency, phlegm and dampness card points in patients with high blood cholesterol are more than those with normal blood cholesterol levels.Conclusion: The TCM syndrome of HN in different periods have different distribution; The gender, age, blood pressure, renal function and uric acid, blood cholesterol can influence the distribution to some extent; The diagnosis rate of early period of HN need to be improved.
