Study On The Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution Of Hypertension Nephrosclerosis(HN)

The persistent hypertension as an etiology can lead to the kidney damage directly and cause the glomerular atherosclerosis,the nephron atrophy,a serious clinical symptoms of the impaired renal function,as well as the severe cases may occur in renal failure. The renal structural and functional changes,caused by the hypertension,is named the hypertension nephrosclerosis in clinical.According to a large-scale hypertensive population sample survey,we can know that the hypertension prevalence rate assumes the trend of escalation(5.1%-18.8%). By2010China’s population of hypertension with hypertension awareness, treatment (Medicine) and control rates are relatively low. In the aspect of the target organ damage caused by hypertension, along with recent clinical studies, the cardiovascular and encephalic parts has been effectively controlled, but the research in another target organ kidney caused by the hypertension points out, long-term hypertension in the absence of effective intervention can lead to hypertensive renal damage, eventually lead to the chronic renal failure(CRF).The data of the United States Renal Data System(USRDS) indicate that the hypertension has been the second reason leading to the End Stage Renal Disease(ESRD);The domestic studies have shown that28%of ESRD associated with the hypertension is the third place,following the chronic glomerulonephritis.the diabetic nephropathy,which has a constant increasing trend. In the motherland medicine, there is no exact name of disease corresponding to the hypertension nephrosclerosis. Our country promulgated in1993of chronic renal failure with TCM syndrome differentiation, currently the hypertension nephrosclerosis research aspect,both are mainly in the etiology, disease staging, drug therapy, experience summary;the majority of scholars on the hypertension nephrosclerosis is existing limitation, dialectical unity and other problems. In view of the disease occurrence and the process of development, the personal constitution plays an important role, therefore on the hypertension nephrosclerosis of the constitution theory in TCM research is also necessary.Objective:In this research,according to observe and count the TCM constitution about60cases of the early and medial stages of the hypertension nephrosclerosis,we try to find the characteristics and the inner rule,as well as provide another way to discuss this disease, so as to better improve the Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of the hypertention nephrosclerosis,and has certain significance on guiding the clinical.Method:The subject uses Beijing University of Chinese Medicine professor Wang Qi proposed9constitution types classification method, and selects the clinical data by filling in the questionnaire to collect the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongfang Hospital60cases of early and middle stage of the hypertention nephrosclerosis in patients,which is served as the basis,at the same time, uses the data description method,and undertakes preliminary discuss the characteristics and the inner rule of the early and medial stages of the hypertension nephrosclerosis. Results:1.After the investigation,if the scores of the constitution transformation is less than the main points of the constitution,but more than40, we think that there is the situation of the one or more constitution existing concurrently. The surveyed people almost exist this and the repeated present.2. Preliminary judgement,there is no relationship between the sex of the early and medial stages of the hypertension nephrosclerosis and the constitution of TCM.Conclusion:1.The major constitution of the early and medial stages of the hypertension nephrosclerosis is yin deficiency in the9TCM constitution,whose susceptibility is higher than others.2.The qi deficiency constitution is the highest appearance of the early and medial stages of the hypertension nephrosclerosis in the one or more constitution existing concurrently and the tendency constitution;Others are all involved in the occurrence ang development of this disease.3.The occurrence ang development of the early and medial stages of the hypertension nephrosclerosis is based on one or serval constitutions,at the same time.a variety of constitutions participate together.
