Observation Of The Effect Of Suppplementing Qi And Regulating Qi On Diabetic Cystopathy

Objective: investigate clinical effectiveness of Suppplementing Qi and Regulating Qi for DiabeticCystopathy (DCP) and effect of CGRP of the diabetic rats, to uncover new method of the target time and explore the role of the mechanism.Method:60 patients were divided randomly into experimental group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients),experimental group were therapied by Suppplementing Qi and Regulating Qi , control group were therapied by Mecobalamin,to observe the clinical effect of the symptoms and signs and the remainder urine of the bladder of two groups . The experimental research established model of diabetic rats firstly , to observe bladder CGRP and serum CGRP.Result: The clinical effectiveness of Suppplementing Qi and Regulating Qi on the improvement of symptoms and signs and remainder urineof the bladder than control group ( p < 0.05 ). Animal experiment indicate that the Suppplementing Qi and Regulating Qi increased positive expressions of area of bladder CGRP and of content of serum CGRP ,effective prevented ffectivly of DCP.Conclusion:Suppplementing Qi and Regulating Qi have satisfacory therapeutic efficacy to DCP.The mechanism may be that the method increase content of serum CGRP .
