Purpose:Through comparative study of Liaoning, Jilin, Korea Ginseng three normal and immunocompromised mice spleen cell activity, serum IL-4 and hemolysin explore the effect of Liaoning, Jilin, Korea Ginseng three normal and immunocompromised mice humoral immunity.Material and method:A total of 8 experimental groups. The 40 mice were randomly divided into control group equal (A), normal stomach Liaoning ginseng group (Al), the normal fed group of Jilin ginseng (A2), normal group fed the Korean ginseng (A3). In another 40 mice were recognized by the domestic modeling methods, subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone produced immunocompromised model,70mg/kg/only, 1 day, for 1 week. Successful model after model of immunocompromised mice were randomly divided into control group (B), immunosuppressive treatment group in Liaoning ginseng (B1), immunosuppressive treatment group Jilin Ginseng (B2), Korean ginseng immunosuppressive treatment group (B3).After immunocompromised models were successful, Al-A3, B1-B3 group to 100% of the ginseng decoction orally,5g/kg/day for 2 weeks; A group, B group with normal saline, respectively, For 2 weeks.8 normal mice feeding pellets are not limited to diet.At the end of the experiment kit with CCK-8 in each group measured changes in lymphocyte activity; ELISA determination of serum levels of IL-4 levels change; spectrophotometer mice in each group content changes of serum hemolysinResults:1. Lymphocyte activity was detectedGinseng decoction of three normal (Al, A2, A3 group) lymphocyte activity compared with the control group no significant difference, (p>0.05), and Al, A2, A3 groups no statistically significant difference compared (p>0.05); immunosuppressive activity of mice spleen lymphocytes was significantly lower than control group, two groups were significantly different (p<0.05); three immunosuppression treatment groups Ginseng (B1, B2, B3 group) was significantly higher than lymphocyte immunosuppressive activity of the model group (B group), (p<0.05), and with the control group (A group) showed no difference (p> 0.05); three ginseng immunosuppressive activity of spleen lymphocytes between the groups was no difference (p> 0.05).2. Serum determination of IL-4Ginseng decoction of three normal (A1, A2, A3 group) mice IL-4 content compared with the control group was not statistically no significant difference (p> 0.05), and Al, A2, A3 groups no statistically significant difference compared (p> 0.05); immune mice low levels of serum IL-4 than the blank control group significantly different compared (p<0.05); three immunosuppression treatment groups Ginseng (B1, B2, B3 group) serum IL-4 was significantly higher than the model group of immunocompromised (B group) (p<0.05), and with the control-group (A group) showed no difference (p>0.05); three ginseng treatment group compared with no significant differences between (p> 0.05).3. The content of the serum hemolysin testGinseng decoction of three normal (A1, A2, A3 group) in serum hemolysin content compared with the control group no significant differences (p>0.05), and Al, A2, A3 groups compared no statistically significant difference compared; immunosuppressive serum hemolysin mice were significantly lower than control group, two groups were significantly different (p<0.05); three immunosuppression treatment groups ginseng (B1, B2, B3 group) was significantly lower than serum hemolysin immunosuppressive model group (B group) (p<0.05); the three groups of ginseng treated group compared with no significant differences (p> 0.05).Conclusion:1. Ginseng decoction three lymphocyte activity in normal mice had no obvious effect, can lower the immune activity of mice spleen lymphocytes to normal levels, and there was no difference among the three role. 2. Three ginseng decoction of normal levels of serum IL-4 had no significant effect, can lower the immune serum IL-4 levels returned to normal levels, and there was no difference among the three role.3. Ginseng decoction of the three serum hemolysin levels in normal mice had no significant effect, but can lower the immune serum hemolysin further reduced.4. The three ginseng decoction in normal and immunocompromised mice with no difference in the impact of humoral immunity can be considered as substitutes for the three ginseng use.
