Curative Effect Observacion Of Ginseng Polysaccharide Combining Chemotherapy Treating Intermediate-advanced Stage Gastroenteric Tumor

Objective This study was designed to observe the immunological function effects of Ginseng polysaccharide combined chemotherapy on treating advanced stage of gastroenteric tumor patient and evaluate its sa- fety,to explore the relationship between Chinese traditional medi- cine strengthening body resistance and immunological regulation.Methods 80 patients corresponded with standard were simply ran domized into two groups.there were 40 patients in the treat group and 40 patients in the control group.The two groups have comparability.Both of the two groups were treated with oxaliplatin chemotherapy,and received Tropane Si Qiong Hydrochloride Injection before the beginning of chemotherapy.In addition,patients in the treatment group were given Ginseng polysaccharide from the day before chemotherapy to the end of this course of the teats. Continous observation of two courses of chemotherapy,observe the immune function of treatment and control groups to determine the therapeutic effects of clinical medication.observe chang of the physical strength,body weight, blood rule,1iver function,renal function,ECG,reaction of aliment- ary canal and neurotoxicity of two groups of patients to elevate safety of c1 inical medication.Result 1.After two courses of of chemotherapy,the completion rate of the treatment group was 100%(40/40),the control group was 100%(40/40), the two groups was not statistically Significant(P>0.05). 2.The maker of CD3 and CD4 of the treatment group in post-chemotherapy elevate than prior chemotherapy,the maker of CD8 drop than prior chemotherapy,The maker of CD3 and CD4 of the control group in post-chemotherapy drop than prior chemotherapy,The maker of CD8 elevate than prior chemotherapy,The difference of the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The maker of CD19 of the treatment group in post-chemotherapy drop than prior chemotherapy,the maker of CD20 elevate than prior chemotherapy,The maker of CD19 and CD20 of the treatment group in post-chemotherapy drop than prior chemotherapy,The difference of the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).The maker of CD16 and CD56 of the treatment group in post-chemotherapy elevate than prior chemotherapy,The maker of CD16 and CD56 of the control groupin post-chemotherapy drop than prior chemotherapy,The difference of the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05). 3 There was no significant difference between the two groups on the recent efficacy of the chemotherapy(P>0.05). 4.After chemotherapy,the physical condition of patients in the treatment group is better than the control group(P<O.05). 5.The incidence rate of III hypo1 eucocytosis in the treatment group is obviously below than control group(P<0.05).The change of red blood cells,hemoglobin,platelet,1iver function,renal function, ECG,neurotoxicity of the two groups is not significant different(P>0.05). Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharide combined chemotherapy can elevate immunologic function and improve general condition of patients,lessen chemotherapeutics side effect.The index of CD3、CD4、CD8、CD19、CD20、CD16、CD56 can monitor immunologic function and judge curative effect of oncotherapy.
