Purpose:Use of immunocompromised mice model, with the content of serum hemolysin, interleukin2, splenic cells proliferation activity as index, compared with ginseng decoction on immune efficacy of ginsenoside of ginseng decoction of the weak, and ginsenoside immunological regulation and its mechanism of ginseng decoction and ginsenoside, to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of.Material and methods:The4group.40female Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group(groupA), immunocompromised model group(group B), immunocompromised ginseng decoction group (group C), immunocompromised ginsenoside group (group D). Using a nationally recognized cyclophosphamide manufacturing immunosuppressed mice model:B、C、D mice peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide on alternate days (80mg/kg), a total of4times. Mouse model after successful, A group and B group were given normal saline0.4ml/one, once/day, orally for2weeks; group C gavage for100%ginseng decoction on0.4ml/one, once/day, orally for2weeks; group D gavage concentration for5.22%of ginsenoside solution, gastric lavage volume was0.4ml/one, once/day, orally for2weeks. At the end of the experiment. Mouse splenic cells proliferation activityCompared with the control group:model group had significant difference (P <0.05); ginseng decoction group showed no significant difference (P>0.05); ginsenoside group had significant difference (P<0.05). Model group and ginsenoside group was lower than those in control group. Compared with the model group:ginseng decoction group had significant difference (P<0.05); ginsenoside group had significant difference (P<0.05). Ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group was higher than that of the model group. Ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group significantly (P<0.05). Ginseng decoction group was higher than that of ginsenoside group.2. Mouse IL-2content determinationCompared with the control group:model group had significant difference (P <0.05); ginseng decoction group had significant difference (P<0.05); ginsenoside group had significant difference (P<0.05). Model group, ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group was lower than those in control group. Compared with the model group, ginseng decoction group had significant difference (P <0.05); ginsenoside group had significant difference (P<0.05). Ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group was higher than that of the model group. Ginseng decoction and ginseng saponins group significantly (P<0.05). Ginseng decoction group was higher than that of ginsenoside group.3. Determination of the content of serum hemolysinCompared with the control group, the model group had significant difference (P<0.05); ginseng decoction group had significant difference (P<0.05); ginsenoside group had significant difference (P<0.05). Model group, ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group was lower than those in control group. Compared with the model group, ginseng decoction group had significant difference (P <0.05); ginsenoside group had significant difference (P<0.05). Ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group was higher than that of the model group. Ginseng decoction and ginsenoside group significantly (P<0.05). Ginseng decoction group was higher than that of ginsenoside group.Conclusions:1. Ginseng decoction and the content of the same ginsenoside can improve the immune suppression of murine splenic cells proliferation activity, ginseng decoction role better than the equivalent ginsenoside effect, the effect reached the level of normal mice.2. Ginseng decoction and the content of the same ginsenoside can improve the immune suppression of murine IL-2content, the role of Panax Ginseng decoction on equivalent ginsenoside role, but both of them can not reach the normal level.3. Ginseng decoction and the content of the same ginsenoside can improve the immune suppressed mice serum hemolysin content, to a certain extent antagonize immune suppression in mice, the effect of ginseng decoction equivalent ginsenoside role, but both of them can not reach the normal level.4. Ginseng decoction on mice inhibited the immune regulation effect is stronger than its content of the same ginsenoside of Panax ginseng decoction, the mechanism may be in a variety of component interaction, coordination immune regulation effects.
