Objective:1 To study the effects of ligustrazine and puerarin on whether there is blood flow affect on iris, ciliary body and choroidal.2 Through the establishment of experimental ideas and methods, to explore the various Chinese medicine on the mechanism of action of iris, ciliary body and choroidal blood circulation, and provide reference for the reasonable application feasibility blood herbal treatment eyes provide basis for ischemic diseases.Method:1 Thirty Health New Zealand big white rabbit were used as experimental subject, which were randomly divided into saline group, puerarin group and ligustrazine group, the animals were not any disposal, by rabbit ears respectively flanges intravenous saline, puerarin, ligustrazine injection, by color microsphere technology detection blood flow on iris, ciliary body, retina and choroidal after given medicine Omin,30min,60min,120min in three group.2 Thirty Health New Zealand big white rabbit were used as experimental subject, which were randomly divided into saline group, puerarin group and ligustrazine group, the animals were established the retina, choroidal ischemia model through continuous anterior chamber puncture perfusion saline elevated intraocular pressure, after the successful animal models, by rabbit ears respectively flanges intravenous saline, puerarin, ligustrazine injection, by color microsphere technology detection blood flow on iris, ciliary body, retina and choroidal after given medicine Omin,30min,60min,120min in three group.Result:1 Normal intraocular pressure condition, the comparison of iris blood flow in Saline group, puerarin group and ligustrazine group, after given medicine 30min, ligustrazine group compared with puerarin group remarkably improved (P<0.05), after given medicine 60min, ligustrazine group compared with puerarin group and saline group remarkably improved(P<0.05), after given medicine 120min, ligustrazine group with puerarin group and saline group compared no significant differences(P>0.05); the comparison of ciliary body and choroidal blood flow in Saline group, puerarin group and ligustrazine group after given medicine 30min, 60min,120min, three groups compared no significant differences(P>0.05).2 In blank group, the comparison of eye tissues blood flow in normal intraocular pressure and high intraocular pressure, at Omin, the change on iris blood flow had significant differences (P<0.05), at 30min,60min and 120min, the change on iris blood flow had no significant differences (P>0.05); at Omin,30min,60min and 120min, the change on ciliary body and choroidal blood flow had significant differences (P<0.05). High intraocular pressure condition, in the blank group the comparison on the eye tissues blood flow, the change on iris blood flow had no significant differences (P>0.05); the change on ciliary body blood flow had significant differences at 60min compared with the last time (P<0.05), the change on ciliary body blood flow had no significant differences on the other time (P>0.05); the change on choroidal blood flow had significant differences at 30min compared with the last time (P<0.05), the change on choroidal blood flow had significant differences at 120min compared with the last time (P<0.05), the change on choroidal blood flow had no significant differences on the other time (P>0.05).3 High intraocular pressure condition, the comparison of iris, ciliary body and choroidal blood flow in Saline group,puerarin group and ligustrazine group after given medicine 30min,60min,120min, all no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:1 Normal intraocular pressure condition, after given medicine 30min and 60min, ligustrazine compared with puerarin remarkably improved iris blood flow, after given medicine 120min, had no significant improvement.2 Compared with normal intraocular pressure, high intraocular pressure can make significant decline on iris blood flow at Omin, and the other time no significant decline; high intraocular pressure can make significant decline on ciliary body and choroidal blood flow at Omin,30min,60min, and 120min. High intraocular pressure condition, the change on iris blood flow had no significant decline at any time; the change on ciliary body blood flow had significant decline at 60min compared with the last time, the change on ciliary body blood flow had no significant decline on the other time; the change on choroidal blood flow had significant decline at 30min compared with the last time, the change on choroidal blood flow had significant decline at 120min compared with the last time, the change on choroidal blood flow had no significant decline on the other time. Results show that high intraocular pressure to iris blood flow affect no obvious,but high intraocular pressure can obviously reduce ciliary body and choroidal blood flow, and this influence will continue to become decline as time extend, This results proof that high intraocular pressure can make blood flow significant decline once again, especially for choroidal blood flow.3 High intraocular pressure condition, both ligustrazine and puerarin did not play an improvement part to blood flow of iris, ciliary and choroidal.
