The Clinical Observation Of Puerarin Treatment Choroidal Neovascuilarization

Purpose:observation of puerarin choroidal neovascolarization of the clinical treatment.Method:select from December 2007 to December 2008 visit to the Harbin 242 Hospital Eye,the fundus ffuorescein angiography(FFA) and indocyanine green choroidal angiography(ICGA) and so on diagnosed patients with CNV,no other eye diseases,and except for the systemic diseases.Course of a month to three months.Will be selected in line with the condition of 47 cases(58 eyes) patients with CNV,to random non-blind controlled study methods,divided into 21 cases of the treatment group eyes 28,control group,26 cases of 30 eyes.Therapy group was for vein Cars puerarin.Gave the control group vitamin B₁,B₆,B₁₂ Bid.For one month,with wision,fudus fluorescein angiography,indocyanine green choroidal angiography results observed.Results:(1) Eyesight:the differece of the two groups after treament was significant(p＜0.05).(2) FFA:the differece of the two groups after treament was significant(p＜0.05).(3)ICGA:after treatment,the differece of the two groups was significant(p＜0.01).(4) Comparision of the two groups,thedifferece was significant(p＜0.05),the result of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:puerarin treatment on choroidal neovascularization has a good result,it can improve the patients' eyesight and reduce retinal bleeding, leakage,edema and CNV area.
