Target Detection On Postoperative Subsidiary Assisted Chemotherapy With Colorectal Cancer

Aims To investigate the target detection on postoperative subsidiary assisted chemotherapy with colorectal cancer as well as its safety and effectiveness. Methods Comparing the patients performed with the radical operation for semi-colon cancer and the anterior resection for rectal cancer followed by FOLFOX4 regimen with the patients with target detection and five different individualized chemotherapy, the results such as bone marrow suppression, digestively reverse affects, neurological toxicity, kidney function disordered were analyzed through CEA,CA19-9 , colon endoscope obtained with clinical or telephone follow up. About 60 cases enrolled, it turned out 30 for FOLFOX4 regimen and 30 for individualized chemotherapy.Results The group with conventional treatment occurred with high rate of bone marrow suppression, digestively reverse affection, neurological toxicity compared with target detection group(P<0.05), and not significant in liver function and kidney function(P〉0.05). Detecting tow groups CEA level again after operation of Month 9,12,15,18, 45.15±19.53vs30.08±16.62,P=0.002;57.49±26.54vs32.81±22.15,P<0.001;67.95±37.80vs34.32±29.10,P<0.001;76.33±47.54vs32.54±31.56,P<0.001.The target detection group concedes the group with conventional treatment. Detecting tow groups CA19-9 level again after operation of Month,12,15,18, 7.07±2.44vs5.91±1.25,P=0.024;8.05±3.08vs5.27±2.64,p<0.001;11.88±4.26vs4.36±3.06,p<0.001。The target detection group concedes the group with conventional treatment.Conclusions We demonstrated that target detection and individualized regimen for cancer treatment has the advantages of more individualisation, lower side effects, higher safety, and lower localized recurrence than conventional chemotherapy. And it is also important for enriching comprehensive treatment for cancer, getting improved quality life and longing survival time.
