Hospital supply chain is a complex chain which include all aspects of the medical services, and whose operating efficiency directly affects the merits of the hospital services. With the supply chain thinking more and more enjoys popular support, hospital supply chain'application and optimization is also valued by the hospital administrators. However, due to the complexity of health care services, hospital supply chains there are still many problems in practice. Therefore, we need to find a good way to improve the efficiency of hospital supply chain, change the backward situation of running links which exist in the supply chain. Only in this way, can we improve the operational efficiency, reduce the costs and enhance the competitiveness of the hospital.This text started from the perspective of Integrated supply chain, constructed optimization model of Integrated supply chain based on multi-agent by analyzing existing problems, combining with the reality of the hospital chain. Element theory based on the assessment method has been used to select agents, full hierarchical model based on patient satisfaction to optimize and reorganize the key process. Due to the explanation, operation and evaluation of the model, the optimization methods using integrated supply chain thought has been detailed descript. Simulate the key process reengineering in hospital chain by taking Taizhou Central Hospital as the background. Finally, control measures of the key process in hospital chain has been proposed based on the results, To achieve long-term efficient operation of the hospital supply chain by Improvement and control of the follow-up.The uses of the integrated supply chain in the hospital management effectively solve the problem of Link complex, poor process, weak convergence between nodes in the hospital chain.
